I bought this product months agoIt relies on the companies web network to connect with a treat dispenser to allow you to deliver treats to your pet through your phoneThey have since shut down their business and their product does not work cus their network is downI was never able to use this product because it was a Christmas gift for my girlfriendIt is now completely useless
ICPooch shut down their servers rendering the device I paid for uselessDid not provide any notification to users via email or otherwise, I discovered the issue when I tried to use my device
I bought the IC Pooch to use for my two dogsAfter spending the $300+ to buy the IC pooch and trying to get it sthe product never workedI tried contacting the company for issues when setting it up and troubleshooting the problems however they never respondedI continued to try to reach out about my product not working and not being able to get it setup which my concerns and complaints were never answered or addressedI got a product for over $that I was never able to use or even get to workI wasn't able to return the product or obtain a refund because no one was able to get back to me or address my concernsSo I have been left with not being able to watch my two dogs while at home, I don't have the peace of mind knowing they are okayWhich with this product thats essentially what you are buying, not a treat dispenser(although a nice idea) or an iPad which you need to operate the system but the peace of mind knowing your pets are safe and okThe ability for them to h
