Review: Company has failed to finish contracted job on my home. We had original contract stating work would start on August [redacted] and take 21 business days to be complete. Work is still not complete - we attempted to give contractor in good faith one more final attempt to finish work by end of work day today October [redacted] - and we were given a letter stating he would finish all projects end of work day and nobody showed up - not even a phone call. We attempted to call contractor and no answer or return phone call back. We paid all payments on time for materials to be bought and installed - however contractor never gave us any account information of where our funds were being held even though we constantly asked what he was doing with our money. . He owes us an approximate total of $4958.52 for materials that should have been bought , electrician that we had to pay out of pocket to fix problem that his workers broke and for a down pymt for siding ( we will not be using him to put up siding considering the situation we are currently in ) . We will not only need the money back from him but we will now need to hire another contractor to come back to finish the work that he stuck us with. In addition to one of the major items not completed he has not put in radiators in the bedrooms for our 5mths old child and 3 year old child on the second floor bedrooms. Winter is coming and we need to make sure that our children will have heat.Desired Settlement: We want a refund in the amount of 4958.52 in cash or bank check only .
