Good Afternoon MsMiriam Carmona, A customer sent a complain to the Revdex.com The previous owner was Jim Regan My name is Juan Gutierrez and I am the current owner of All American CanvasThis is the ID number [redacted] The customer decided to break her contract with us and to get her deposit back She paid with a credit card, so we refunded the money back to her credit card(bank) She asked for deposit on 9/13/and we made the refund back to her card on 9/14/17, the next business day I texted her the receipt showing the refund She was still very upset She said the bank had not notified her anything and that she was going to report my company to the Revdex.com and that she posted negative reviews on Google, Yelp and anywhere else she could She said that I should have given her the money, but since she paid with a card I thought the best, safest thing was to refund her money back to the card I had never had a problem with a customer like this Do I need to send more information? Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] 2, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I will add however that although I signed a contract, he had told me he had measured before giving me a quote on which the contract was based When I found out he had NOT measured but just charged me $with the deposit of $already paid, he offered to give me my money back I said yes THEN he tried to keep hundreds of dollars, telling me to take him to court, mocking me with comments like "Do you even have a boat?" etc., Later, he also said he had measured by finding a boat dealer who deals with my boat however, they don't make my size & model anymore so I knew that was not a true statement Ultimately, I did get a quote from another boat cover business who is doing the same job for $1200.00!!! Juan was dishonest, unprofessional and threatening me with legal action even after the refund was issued Thank you for your prompt response He didn't issue the refund nor did he "back down" for charging me hundreds of dollars for doing literally nothing until YOU contacted him Thank you
