Our Groupon vouchers DO clearly state they don't include heavy pretreat or protectantThey are also limited square footageWe offer options at the time of cleaningVouchers are basic cleans and can always be upgradedI do want to stress we make recommendations and specifically say it is optionalShe DID AGREE on the recommendations before we cleaned

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This response from All American clearly reflects what type of person he isFirst of all, I NEVER set an appointment up so therefore could NOT have ever canceled itI had called and TRIED to schedule but one time the vendor was out of town, and the other time was not in a time frame that would work for either of us(By the way, the couple times I have talked with him on the phone he is just Not a pleasant person.) At no time did I cancel, again, this is a untruth from this manIt seems he is notorious for this type of behavior Another untruth is that he stated he scanned the voucher first, he did NOT scan it to check the promotional dateHe pointed out to me the expiration date on the voucher, at that time I told him I was sorry and had not noticed that it had expired a few days beforeHe then told me he could do the work for $(which is ridiculous) and would subtract the value of the voucherI declined and told him I would just have Living Social refund the money at which point he started to get rude and went on about the policiesI told him that I have dealt with Living Social before and knew they would apply the amount of the unused voucher to my next orderThat is when he took the voucher, scanned it and said, "this voucher is now void, I am taking the money since I had to drive over here." He threw the voucher down and turned and walked out the door I had no time to respond to himAgain this is the most unprofessional man I have ever encountered in the business world At NO point did we both "say okay" or agree on anythingHe did NOT tell me good night, was NOT at anytime agreeable, pleasant or willing to resolve the issue I was so shocked at his behavior I went on line to see if there had been reviews about this companyI read many that stated the same types of problems I had with this man: the unprofessional behavior, the expensive upcharges and the shoddy work Again, I told other people about this deal on Living Social, all three of them purchased the same voucher and had Ryan out to their house prior to him coming to my houseAll people told me that he was rude, the upcharges to do extra work were outrageous and all were unhappy with the work that he didThey all stated they would never use that company againAfter the encounter I had with him, I have asked them to also contact the Revdex.com to state their complaint Yes, he did call and left a message on my cell phone, I have to say that this was the most pleasant I have heard him soundI wonder if it is because he realizes that this is one more negative review he is getting and it could be detrimental to his business? We use a truck mounted steam cleanerA non residue cleanerWe cleaned three rooms the first timeOne with pet stainsShe called back to have us redo the lower room onlyThe room looked fine except for a drag mark from a kennel after cleaning and a yellow and red mark that were permanentI
explained they would not come out due to prior cleaning attempts by herWe extract the carpets and our dry times can vary with weather and air flow all explainedShe called me to tell me the carpet has cleaner in itIt's simply not possible we rinse with fresh waterI believe she tried to clean the colored spots with something that burned the fiberOur products just don't do thatOur agreement was she was going to have another cleaner come and cleanI told her I would be there to see him remove the permanent marks and pay him for herThis never happenedAs far as how long it takes us to clean it doesn't matter how long we are there pushing water through the carpet that just extends the dry timeI honestly just think that she doesn't understand how to clean carpet or has never experienced as truck mount steam cleaner which is the most common and most recommended system on the market recommended by all carpet manufacturersIt is a wet system and does take time to dryYes we do use cleaners to clean the carpet but our machine also does rinse them and does not leave any residueIf there was a problem with our injectors which or what control the application of cleaner there would have been other problems on other jobs in there just haven't beenOr cleaners do not burn the fiber and leave brown marks on the carpet again because that would mean that that would happen on everybody's carpetBoth times we were there cleaning there was nobody there watching this do the cleaning so they had no realization of how long it takes also on the 2nd visit to the house she left the second that we got there we were there for about minutes the second time it takes is minutes just to set up and break down and yeah for a small room that's only by it does not take very long to run a machine over areas that were previously cleanedIf she has an invoice for the second cleaning and the two spots that she was complaining about are removed then I'll be more than happy to pay that carpet cleaner directly The $for the cleaning

As the customer, I expected a decent job to be done, instead I received a questionable job? And doubt the additional products were even used The spokesman didn't suggest optional charges, as he knew I was alarmed by the additional charges mentioned I suggested we omit some of the work originally discussed, and he came back with this is a better deal!

The customer called and cancelled her appt two times prior to this. Both time outside the 24 hour cancellation policy. Apparently her expired on June 21....120 days from the original purchase date. She scheduled an appt on June 27th late afternoon. We called ahead of our arrival and showed up as...

agreed. She showed us what to do and then told us she had a voucher. I measured the areas..which were in the limitations of the voucher. Then scanned the voucher to see the promotional value had expired. State law then requires us to apply the price paid..$49 toward a regular cleaning. I told her at that point that the voucher was expired and started talking about other options she could do...she said no never mind I just want a refund. I tried to explain that there's a 24 hour forfeiture. She said she would call  Living Social. We basically just said ok...have a good night and moved on to the next job. There is a cancellation policy because we cannot replace the appt time she requested and we have costs to cover. I at no time argued, raised my voice, or tried to force her to do anything. I never force anyone to pay anything, I make recommendations and always say you don't have to do anything. I enclosed a copy of the voucher rules. I have tried to call and rectify the situation. But have been met with nothing but her threats and false accusations. My resolution offer is if she removes her negative and false accusations and dismisses this complaint I'll unredeem the voucher. Refunding from Living Social is up to her. These vouchers have rules, they are heavily discounted special with little wiggle room.

I am rejecting this response because: There was no misunderstanding. You were hired to do a job and you did not. The animal feces was behind the TV in the bedroom that you supposedly moved and cleaned behind as it was one of the area's I specifically pointed out to you. Moving the furniture was a verbal agreement that I had with you over the phone and unfortunately is my word against yours, but even if you had not agreed to move furniture, the area's of the carpet where there was no furniture were NOT clean. There was pet food, pieces of garbage, and stains on the carpet. I have video proof (see screenshots in attachment)! When I mentioned this to you on the phone you stated that you focused on the "high traffic" areas. I am sorry but shampooing the "high traffic" areas does not count as "shampooing a room". In addition to not doing your job, either you or your employee rifled through my brother's girlfriends underwear drawer and clogged his toiled. He  had made sure all the drawers were closed when he had gone in on Wednesday before your arrival and upon returning, her drawer was partially opened with a bra strap hanging out. I am absolutely appalled at your lack of professionalism and customer services. You were hired to do a job and you not only DID NOT do your job, you violated my brothers space. You failed to accept ownership of your actions and it is now 4/12 and I have still NOT received my refund. After looking at your reviews on Facebook it seems as though I am not the only person you have screwed over and when this guy complained you argued with him also. You should not be in business and I feel sorry for you future clients.

Not sure what to respond to. We won't refund the voucher because it is in compliance with the offer. I responded to the original complaint.

The job in question was completed on March 16th 2015. We do warranty our work for two weeks on the basic clean. As noted. However we cannot when its been over a month. As she stated she saw the spots two days later and decided to call on April 20th. I offer to clean it again for the discounted rate...

and she declined. I apologized but we are not able to offer a month guarantee.
