This is a long storyThe bottom line is the customer had two accounts with Nissan FinanceThe customer told my manager on Feb That he new we had the wrong accountThe two accounts were thousand dollars apartNot sure if he thought we would have to pay for thatWe traded for a nissan Murano and the payoff we called for was not that carWe did payoff the wrong account and even received the title from Nissan The Nissan account for the wrong account has been reinstatedWe unwound the deal completly and gave him back is MuranoThe customer did not want to do the deal with the correct payoffWe can not fix any late payments Katherine Alexander

I am rejecting this response because: After reading the response from all american, it seems to me like they want to blame me for their mess upI never told their manager that they payed the wrong car, the manager told me that they payed of the wrong car and it wasn't febIt was more like a month and a half ago .I have audio recordings of every conversation I had with the manager and the sale lady and I din't expect you to pay the $differenceIf I did I would have asked on the original complaintAnd about the late payment don't you worry I already settled with NissanWhen I traded my Nissan Murano I traded a complete car with nothing missingwhen I got it back two days ago it was missing all the floor mats and with paper plates, do you expect me to pay for what it already had

I am sorry that I had to get a third party involved. I've been a good customer for many years and bought at least 13 cars and trucks in both all american lots.

I am checking with the detail department to find your mats. I will replace them if they are not found. I will have my manager call and see if we can talk to a credit mananger about the issue with the late payments. I will call you with an update. Thank you . Katherine

This is a long story. The bottom line is the customer had two accounts with Nissan Finance. The customer told my manager on Feb 24 2015. That he new we had the wrong account. The two accounts were 15 thousand dollars apart. Not sure if he thought we would have to pay for that. We traded for a nissan...

Murano and the payoff we called for was not that car. We did payoff the wrong account and even received the title from Nissan . The Nissan account for the wrong account has been reinstated. We unwound the deal completly and gave him back is Murano. The customer did not want to do the deal with the correct payoff. We can not fix any late payments . Katherine Alexander
