Review: The company incorrectly added the figures on their original estimate which I caught before the work started. I called and they agreed to refund $100 and I accepted their promise as a gentleman's agreement. In addition, the initial work that was performed, rebuilding the top two feet of my chimney and flashing it into the roof, was absolutely horrible. They did return with a different worker and made it better, however, the flashing is still not installed correctly (not flashed into the shingles is separate pieces / just one long piece tucked under with roofing tar). Being that the work comes with a lifetime guaranty, I was willing to wait to see if I get any leaks. The issue that remains, after being promised 7-8 times over the phone over the last 3-4 months that I would receive the $100 refund in the mail, is that I still have not received the check. Every time I call and speak to [redacted] he says, "oh man, we still didn't send you your check? We'll send it right out". The work was performed in late August so I think waiting 3+ months for a refund is being more than patient. The last time I called, which was on 11/27, I left a voicemail stating that if I didn't receive the refund by the end of last week (12/6), I would have no choice but to report the company to the Revdex.com. I also asked for a return phone call. I received neither once again. I also just sent them an email this evening informing them I am reporting them. This is not the way I like to work but the nice guy approach is obviously not working.Desired Settlement: A refund and confirmation that the work performed is guaranteed for life.

Review: Company is advertising to be accredited by the Revdex.com on their website when no such accreditation exists, thereby misleading customers.Desired Settlement: Either correct your accreditation status or remove said claim on literature and website.
