We are very disheartened to see you have posted this complaint when we have done our best to follow up on each of your concerns on several occasionsWe offer the following as a resolution to the issue and look forward to you allowing us to do thisWe have engaged the services of an industry expert who has agreed to come to your home on the afternoon of Tuesday December in the afternoon and will both inspect your installation and will be accompanied by one of our crews who will be prepared to make any changes needed to insure the stove will properly operateThe date suggested is the first opening that is available in his schedule for this visitWe look forward to hearing back with you approval of this site visit

inspect your installation and will be accompanied by one of our crews who will

operate. The date suggested is the first opening that is available in his

[redacted] We would like to know in advance the industry expert that is coming with all American to inspect the stove and installation. If possible we would like this to be sooner than Dec 8 simply because it is well into the season and again we,are unable to use our stove .
