Revdex.com spoke to Jeremiah at business and the following was relayed: We did a complete tear off and install of the consumer's roof in the middle of winter to help her out because her roof was leakingWe also put up feet of gutterShe did not want to replace the fascia and that may be part of the issue as it may be softened at that endWe were unable to return during the winter due to weather and conditionsI will call [redacted] and arrange to go out and resolveI will fix and have her sign when done that it is satisfied

Upon my return from vacation on January 5, I received the above referenced complaint with surprise and dismay.I promptly replied and attempted to use the prompts listed within the Revdex.com email unsuccessfully Per your request I am using this email to respondFirst, there was Never a contract disputeAny changes or modifications or request were inured to the benefit of the clientThe roof replacement shingles were upgraded from basic three tabs to [redacted] shingles with a lifetime warranty and no charge or the upgradeIn addition we installed 200square feet of shingles and replaced sheets of roof decking not included in the estimate for no charge. The client's gutters were damaged and seamed right over the front doorI volunteered to replace it at no cost. The subcontractor I hired to replace the gutter installed seamed gutters without my knowledge to save me moneyAfter the gutter was installed the client noticed a hole in the siding and promptly called meI asked her if anyone had mowed the lawn which could projected a rock.As a result of a negative answer I required the subcontractor to repair the damaged siding and install the seamless gutters as I had requested. The client refused to allow the subcontractor on her property to correct the workI didn't have a problem with that except I am required to give a subcontractor the opportunity to cure the problem before I can back charge him for the work to pay for the new work Unfortunately, I was between a very cordial, professional and patient client and an uncooperative subcontractor with the regulations on his side.Shortly after speaking with the client in December I noticed that she was at the end of her patience I terminated my relationship with the subcontractor and called [redacted] to install the seamless gutter I went on vacation and returned to your letter of complaintI called [redacted] immediately and they apologized that they had not completed the work as requested. They went out the next day to complete the work and it looks very nice Again,I appreciate the good work that you do for the community and your assistance with the opportunity to resolve this issue for [redacted] I am certain that she received excellent work product while I must apologize again for the uncharacteristically lacking customer service

Review: In February of 2013 this company replaced my roof, which was damaged in super storm "Sandy". The following winter

we noticed water stains on the ceiling of our 2nd floor bedroom after a snowstorm. We called the contractor numerous times and finally got a hold of Ed. He eventually came by and looked at our ceiling and the outside of house from ground level and said an ice dam formed and water seeped in somewhere . He said when the weather gets better he will send a man to take care of it.. That never happened and we have called many more times over the last two years and have gotten no response. I believe they may have changed the name of the company.Desired Settlement: I would like this problem fixed, with another winter on us, and snow storms coming its just a matter of time before another ice dam forms and water comes in.

Review: My experience with [redacted] began cordially. He was contracted to replace an existing roof for typical 3 bedroom single family rancher on 9/3/14. Per the contract and verbal commitment, he was to provide seamless linear feet of gutters with down spouts as well. The work began about 2 weeks later after weather and equipment delays. The replacement roof was installed. It appears to hold up against the elements as of now. I do not see any water marks in the interior of home. I had to ask multiple times for the extra shingles as he promised for future repairs, if needed. I am still waiting for the install of the seamless gutters. It is now October and the gutters have not been provided after many documented and verbal conversations. When the gutters were installed, a hole was found in the vinyl siding that was not there previously. The workmen stated there were not any problems when questioned. [redacted] was immediately notified of this occurrence. He came over and inspected the area agreeing to repair the hole without cost to me. The repair did not occur until the end of November 2014 after many emails and calls. Now the gutters had been installed with the seam in the front of the house and it leaks! Again, [redacted] was notified and he stated he was going to take care of the repair. I have not heard from [redacted] since December 7, 2014. I would not refer this company due to neglect and poor quality of work. I have pictures and documentation stating the promises that were made to repair the gutters and any other defects. I am considering alternative measures to ensure the work is completed as per the contract states. Payment of course, was provided as required on my end. I have been MORE than patient with this matter and seek the products that were promised. I did not have a problem with the gutters before [redacted] replaced them. They were just old.Desired Settlement: Repair the leaky gutters with the seamless product as was stated ASAP!
