Complaint: [redacted] I... am rejecting this response because: First I found out that a building permit was required to construct new exterior concrete stairs in Sandy. One was not done and proper inspection was not completed by the town. I will be pulling that and having it inspected. My assumption is that it will fail as the stairs are of uneven height and width. I do not believe that the stairs follow the ICC building code used for riser / run calculations. Second, in writing, American Crete guaranteed their work. It is on the attached invoice. Since their first attempt to fix an obvious issue resulted in even more issues I do not want them to do anymore work as it is clear the company does not have the skill necessary to properly complete the job. I fear they will create even more damage. The attached pictures show the ballooning. This is my final attempt to get American Crete to be a responsible business and realize that they improperly and with very poor craftsmanship attempted a job they were not skilled to do. They simply could have said no when I requested if they could do the work. This is not about me adding items to the job this is about a company willingly agreeing to do the work and not delivering that product. They did not even pull the proper permits.
