Please recommend another company on the south side of Chicago that will do this work for I do not wish to have her company do the workThis is a quote from his letter to the home officeAnd here is the response to thatAt this time there is nobody but Concrete Craft of Valparaiso owned by *** Hackett in your service areaSo at this time, I am unsure of what the customer wantsAlso the weather has turned and epoxy is temperature sensitive so he would now have to wait until springI will as in the past stand behind our work however it does have to be within business hours - the process takes days and is not a minute fixClearly this customer is aware of the timing this job took as it was a day process when we originally did his floorThis was all stated in contract and explained in the process before handI also explained this as well for the repairI like to complete projects in a timely manner and each time I have to inconvenience a home owner showing up at their house is counterproductive

Well I guess communication is the key complaint hereWhen speaking with *** she said her crew was coming and grinding the spots and would have epoxy and paint with them and be done in one dayAlso the issue of wanting to have the attached garage left unlocked and no one home is an issue, not a safe practice as a business to askThe other issue of wanting her to look at the spots before people came out for they (company) knew what area's and what needed to be done would be good business practice alsoTo continue with the warranty I will allow the work in the spring to be done on the bases when someone can be at the house when the work is being performed, and someone from the company come out and look at the issueAs *** said in the spring the water table in the area is high could be why it happened, please do not assume the issue without looking at the issue firstI await a call from the company for them to look at the issue
