I had a new roof installed two months ago I live in a 1950s home in Fullerton I had two layers of shingles and the original wood shakeI had mold in the attic on the decking because the roof was not vented or installed properlyThe team worked every day until the job was complete; they even cleaned up before leaving each dayDavid, the salesman, was very knowledgeable about roofing and explained the importance of venting The roof looks amazing It came with a year transferrable warranty I believe the quality of the products used and the installation are superior

I am a satisfied client of All American DesignThey completed my exterior coating of my houseTheir crew was always on time, all the debris was removed completelyVery clean workersThey also did a full inspection and made sure I was completely satisfied with my home projectDefinitely recommend this companyGood job!

I wanted to express what satisfied customer I am, I submitted a review on Yelp and it was not put on it (which I am very upset)
I had Abe the sales rep, gave me great presentation on WindowsWe talked about financing options, and signed a contractWithin a couple of days I received a call from the production department and reconfirm my contract and gave me an estimated arrival date from my windows from manufactureMy windows were install about weeks laterI had the most professional installers ever, respectful and did a fantastic job
I would definitely consider All American Design, Inc for future projects that I am think about

Searching for an excellent contractor is hard to find now in days. Luckily we hired All American Design; a company which my sister referred me to, and let me tells you it's been the best one yet. All American Design installed solar on my roof which took a while since you have to go through all this process. The production manager and our installation team were wonderful. They kept me up dated on my project, there were only a few times that I had to call the office which were for minor things, but overall they've been our best choice. I wish I was able to post a picture of my solar so you, homeowners, could see the quality of their work these guys bring.

I highly recommend All American Design Inc.
I had problems with a lot of rotten wood on my house, due to age.
Their work crew really went above and beyond to do the job right and replace every piece and then paint with their coating. They also reroofed the house with a very fast and hard working crew.
They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied in every way before they left.
Good job guys.

All American Design started out great, and went downhill once they subcontracted to someone and basically walked away. All American's representatives came out and saw the sloppy job that had been done (turf removal/paver work) when it was near completion, and representatives said this wouldn't be acceptable; however, I got no response after leaving multiple messages and voicemails. I told the All American representatives that the contractor coerced/harassed me into signing the completion even though it wasn't done, and those reps said they would assist us in resolving some of the issues. A toilet was left on my property for about a month. This job was promised to be done in a week or less and took several weeks. All American avoided speaking to me about the concerns. I've left two messages for management, and two emails to the rep. I had been in contact with during the job asking that someone contact me. They never came out to inspect the final job after it was done, which is something they said would happen to ensure the job was done right. My sprinkler system was ruined by the contractor, which we didn't discover until about a week after the job was done when we tried to use them. We expressed concerns all along over the job that was being done and All American wouldn't answer my phone messages. I'm disappointed that we were promised all sorts of guarantees to the work, but once it was done we can't even get a hold of anyone at All American. On a separate but related note, the guy who came out to do the work "up sold" us on an additional project and then walked off with our money. When I reached out by email to All American to see if they had a business address for this man, they ignored my request and did not respond to me in any way.

My experience with AllAmerican-Design, Inc. for my roofing project was to say the least terrible. Everything the sales people presented in the 3 hour estimate was false. They were quick to come get money but not at anything else.
It all started on August 20,2015, that evening the sales team presented an all promising, we are the best, our product is the best amd so on. The first price was out of this world, the what we can do for you price was still on the high end of the five quotes that I already had. They asked what was they price of the other contractor and then found a way to cut to that price. I should of not gone for the deal!
Stupid me, took deal, signed contract. Next day they show up looking for more money, were suppose to perform a final roof measurement for materials. Never went up on roof, claimed they used photo of roof top and some program to get measurements. Second mistake made here, gave them credit card number for this portion of payment.
Project was to take 3-5 days upom start, depending on how timely city inspection went. Scheduled start date Wed., Sept. 9, 2015. No call, worker shows up in afternoon on 9-7 doing re-measure of roof for material order. Call by Peter about 7 pm on 9/8, left message stating truck broke down no crew to strip off roof on 9-9. Crew shows up anyway at 7am, completes tear off about 2pm, get call at 4pm advising crew will be there in morning to tear off, advise they were there and roof was done. No one shows up Thur. or Fri., part of slick sales presentation stated they would call prior to delivery of materials, no call but delivery company shows up Friday mid morning.with materials. Good thing I was home to move cars out of drive way. Later that day return home from dining out and find 4 delivery trucks parked out front waiting on us, apparently delivered wrong materials, 9pm finally re-loaded wrong material and unloaded correct material.
Sat. 9-12, crew shows up to cover roof with plastic due to possible rain. Crew performs work, covering two active air-conditioning units. Never said anything about shutting down units, left and 2 hours later house became sauna like due to over heating of compressor units, both shut down. Could not get AC service company out due to high demand because of heat wave until Thur. ,9-17 to check system and fix compressor on one unit, other blew fuses.
9-14 No work, no crew. Finally get call mid-morning, John had pulled permit for project that morning, had no excuse why for project that was to start on 9-9 permit was not pulled until 9-14. Advised crew would be there to start work on 9-15 for wood trim and sheathing replacement.
9-15, wake up at 4am to rain storm pelting down on plastic sheeting covering roof and discover leaks in bath room and kitchen pantry/laundry room. Called offfice number to report problem at 8am, get a call back at 11am. Advised that someone would be out to inspect damages and take photos...no one ever shows up!
9-16, NO Calls, NO work Performed.
9-17 No calls, crew does show up about 10 am to do wood replacement, Informed by crew leader that inspection for sheathing is set for 9-18.
9-18 City inspector shows up and signs off sheathing before 10 am. No crew on site to start work. Call at 4pm asking if inspector signed off.
9-19 Sat. NO crew, NO work.
9-21 Mon., Crew shows up at 10 am till 3:30pm, finally work begins. no site visit by field supervisor this day.
9-22 Tue., crew back on site working 8am till 5pm, again no visit by field supervisor.
9-23 Wed., crew back on site 8:30am till 6pm, again no visit of field supervisor.
9-24 Thur., Crew on site 8am-11am, roof finished. Day 12 of project not counting weekends. Far cry from 3-5 days
9-25 Fri., Call, final set up for 9-28
9-28 Mon., Inspector on site 9:30 -10am signs off project.
10-2 No phone calls since 9-25, NO follow up on rain damage, trash been sitting in driveway since 9-21. Rep. from AllAmerican shows up, no prior phone call, looking for final payment. Rejected request for payment, until trash was removed, and rain damage was addressed. Advised I would require lien releases from all subs and material suppliers, copy of materials ordered for project and proof of product registration with Owens -Corning. Told no problem on paper work, trash out FIRST thing Saturday morning(8-9am) and crew would be out on Monday to take care of rain damage repairs.
10-3 Sat.- Trash picked up at 2:30pm, looked at areas in need of repair, took photos. Advised would be in contact too schedule repairs.
10-13 Tues., Finally call from a contractor subcontracted to do rain damage repairs. Looks at work that needs to be done, called back crew to be there in morning.10-14 Repairs completed.
NO CALLS until 10-30, company rep at house looking for final payment, does not have paper work, Ashley charged balance to credit card (unauthorized) even after speaking with her, sure someone told her to do it anyway.
11-17 provided paper work, credited card and got paid!
