Where do I startwhen we first had this service they were ***They would run over my bags, I would watch them pulled the bags out and if they ripped the workers would leave the trash all over my drivewayNow I have moved and for the last month we have called times a week, left messages, and stayed on hold for over minutes with no answerSince they never answered we weren't able to get it canceled until today after being on hold for minutes total, so they had continued to bill us for over a month for someone else's service at my old homeAbsolutely ridiculous!! I just needed my service cancelled and they prevented that from happening

Where do I start.. when we first had this service they were [redacted]. They would run over my bags, I would watch them pulled the bags out and if they ripped the workers would leave the trash all over my driveway. Now I have moved and for the last month we have called 2 times a week, left messages, and stayed on hold for over 20 minutes with no answer. Since they never answered we weren't able to get it canceled until today after being on hold for 30 minutes total, so they had continued to bill us for over a month for someone else's service at my old home. Absolutely ridiculous!! I just needed my service cancelled and they prevented that from happening.
