Revdex.com:I have been contacted by *** by phone only and he indicated that he was still in Iowa and asked us to get it fixed and send him the bill. We have contacted our contractor and he is supposed to come out and look at the situation and let us know what the cost will be.We would like to have the funds up front once the cost has been determined so that we don't get stuck with the bill
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and once the house has been fixed we will determine if the resolution is satisfactory to me
