AA Enterprises dba Parkside Siding and Roofing built a deck for me. I have problems with the results and have gotten no effort from them to fix them. This deck was built about 6 months ago. As soon as it was finished I noticed many problems. I immediately reached out to my contact, Eddie, for his help. He assured me multiple times that someone would come meet me so we could discuss. 6 months later promises have been broken time and time again. Eddie has made little effort and I'm clearly on the bottom of his priority list. Many of the problems I initially had were cosmetic issues, but after receiving some advice from another contractor, I feel I have been taken advantage of and now have a dangerous situation on my hands. Before the deck was built, I had a staircase that led from my kitchen down to the back yard. Part of the deal included removal of the staircase. The removal was executed in a very lazy, half-way done fashion. Much of the landing is still ther, partially broken. A pi

Hired contractor to apply a silicone roof coating to roof Contractor failed to install roof properly Roof has more leaks now then before
Hired contractor in October of to install a new silicone roof Contractor promised a year warranty backed by the factory Contractor failed to install the roof properly Due to the contractor's actions the roof has developed more leaks Contractor has failed to correct the problems and has caused more damage to the roof In an attempt to solve the leaking he installed a roof drain and tied it into the sewer stake which in violation with the law and building codes The contractor has trapped water beneath the membrane and the decking which is causing ongoing damage Due to his failure to install the roof correctly the manufacturer is not standing behind the warranty It will cost an additional $28,the fix the roof The contractor has refused to issue a refund so a competent contractor can make the necessary repairs
The salesman attempted to provided less than satisfactory work
I contacted the company about installing a roof on a small houseThe salesman by the name of *** came over to speak with meHe assured me that the work would be satisfactoryHe did not measure anythingHe looked and we picked out roofingI admit that the roof was worn and damaged but he assured me that he would replace all of the rotten woodFrom the top of his head he quoted an amount of $dollarsWithin a few days the workers arrivedThe salesman did not come back with an official order or give the date that they would beginThey just showed upAt the end of the day they packed up and said that they were finished.I was furiousThe work was at the least very shotty and unprofessionalI have the pictures to prove itI complained to the salesman that the roof was unfinished and poorly doneHe stated that atleast it will not rain in therethe wood frame was not sturdy and the and the end of the roof l
All American Enterprise put a roof and siding on my house and did a wonderful job, a lot of people asked who did my work and I refured them to their companyThey work well together and do not over charge for their work
