We have been trying to get a subcontractor out there to finish work The problem is there has been so many hailstorms in the Twin Cities in history and no subs are is willing to go out there and work because there's so much work in the cities the homeowners insurance is holding an additional like and for permits pulled reimbursement for job and was not given to us until completed the homeowner just has to ask the insurance for a extension on the claim and they will do it because there is a lot of contractors dealing with this exact issue right now nobody willing to go outside of the cities because of all the work and making the contractors look bad because they can't get the work done in a timely fashion that's why the insurance companies they are granting extensions and I feel really bad because I'm powerless right now

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have already received an extension from my insurance agency that expires on 10/10/17 and have now been granted yet another extension, this will expire on 12/1/17.  All American Exteriors came to me looking for my business in my area, I should not be penalized because they can not come to my area again to finish the job they were seeking.
