Disbute resolution team, Ms. [redacted] came to us on June 14, 2016 she had several credit issues most are severe on her credit report, those issues limited her from getting anything financed especially due to her car was about to get repossessed by finance company,  after interviewing...

Ms [redacted], my Nephew is the person that dealt with her, we decided to help Ms [redacted] after hearing the hardship she was going through, so we offered to finance a vehicle for her "In-house" she picks a car from us and she will make her payments directly to us, please keep in mind that we do not offer In-house Finance, Ms [redacted] was happy that we extended that offer to her in order to keep her job.To further assist Ms [redacted] and as good intention on our part, she only had $500 to put down for this vehicle on the understanding that she will come back in one week to apply another $500, unfortunately we were never able to get a hold of her, she claimed that she's at work and she can"t answer or hear her phone, please make note that Ms [redacted] worked out of her house or as trainer at other sites assigned by her company, eventually we managed to reach her Via email, we needed to collect for the payment she promised and for the regular payment due, Ms [redacted] was very good in making up stuff and excuses that made us work with her, during the same time we continued to try and find a finance company to accept her, even though her communication with us was lacking, we gave her every benefit, on July 8, 2016 we managed to get her approved with a bank for a very nice and reliable vehicle, of course it took a long time to get her in again to contract her with the new bank, again please keep in mind throughout this time Ms [redacted] did not apply any additional payments towards the initial vehicle she bought from us.On July 8,2016 we contracted her with Lobel financial, a sub-prime finance company that agreed to do the finance for Ms [redacted], Ms [redacted] sined all necessary documents, we still needed several documents to proof her income, residency, insurance and references, again Ms [redacted] promised that she will forward this information to us as soon as she make it home, we send all signed documents the the bank as soon as it was signed with a note that other documents will follow, Ms [redacted] never send anything and again we suffered trying to reach her in order to complete her loan, through email whenever she responded we got wrong paperwork or documents that the bank will not accept, the bank representative tried calling her as will with the same result "NO Answer or Information is NOT Acceptable" we do have back up from bank showing communication to us at least twice a day demanding the information to compete the loan process, on July 25, 2016 that when the bank completed all and the loan was funded. I would like to assure you that we built our reputation at this dealership by respecting and doing all we can to assist our customers in the most ethical process, we have never dealt with Ms [redacted] but with the utmost respect, My nephew who dealt with her and myself have had very difficult time dealing with Ms [redacted] but we kept professional always in all our dealing.       please contact us anytime if you would like copies of the bank communications or if we can be of any help. As mentioned in my response, all tags are available at dealer, customer must pick up in person, Tags will not be mailed.. Respectfully yours Saleh [redacted]
