Review: I was referred to this company for assistance with my home modification. I signed paperwork which included a third party authorization so that they could contact my lender on my behalf. At the time of signing they requested an $800 deposit. The check did not clear because a deposit I had made into my bank account had not been processed by my bank. The gentleman who I have been working with, [redacted], stated he need the money in order to begin the process of my modification. I gave him the $800 in cash but he reassured me the $800 check would not be cashed. I later realized that he had I fact cashed the check for $800. In my various conversations with him he stated he would process the refund of the overpayment. This has been over two months and I still have not received anything. In the meantime, in contacting my lender they have not received anything from All American a Financial Services, except the third party authorization. I am concerned he is going to run off with my money and not provide the services promised.Alan has not returned any of my emails as I have begun to send him written correspondence only.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the $1600 provided to him for services in assisting with a home loan modification which were never provided.
