Please read this entire email and there is no need to respond. I did receive your letter and wanted to respond with the following additional information. I would not waste your time filing a claim.Please consider these facts:1) All American Floorz states there is nothing wrong with the flooring. See attached photos of how the flooring looks when assembled. There are visible lines that cannot be overlooked especially with light colored flooring.2) After they notified me that a refund check has been written I replied asking them for a copy of the Refund Policy. Why would I do that if I had been told the refund policy? That certainly does not make sense.3) The store sent you a picture of a Refund Policy hung on a wall which I never saw during my visits. Curious that Faith has selective emails from our correspondence but none stating the Refund Policy is posted in the store or stating what the policy is. Did you even consider that?I successfully manage a multi-million dollar professional services business for *** in *** and understand business principles very well. I don't like it when someone just withholds my money from a refund without an explanation. I don't want to waste anymore time on this matter and hope All American Floorz changes its business practices immediately. This is Faith C[redacted] with All American Floorz, I received a letter concerning our business. The customer [redacted] Came to our store and picked out a Luxury Vinyl. He took the sample board home and him and his wife picked the color and product they wanted. Which I delivered to his home free of...

charge. Then [redacted] called the store and said there is a gap in the luxury vinyl that he didn't like. I told him we don't return items that are a cash and carry, but since we are a new store I wanted to make him happy. I told him there will be a 35% restocking fee which there is a sign hanging in our store stating our return policy. He had opened a box of the L.V.T. and attempted to install it himself. He called me and said that he doesn't like the way the L.V.T looked. I asked him to bring the open box to the store so my sales representative can take a look at the L.V.T. to make sure there was nothing wrong with the material. My representative said that there was nothing wrong with the material. So I told [redacted]. We decided out of the kindness of our hearts to take the material back even though there is nothing wrong with it. Like I said I told [redacted] there will be a 35% restocking, Which I gave him a break down of the return with a check issued. [redacted] dropped the material off at the store which I took it back to the mill. I'm showing the picture of our return policy that hangs on our wall at the store and all the emails from [redacted] and I. I also will be faxing over the rest of my documents.
