I have spoken to the persons at our dealership who were involved with Mr [redacted] The vehicle was titled in the name requested by Mr [redacted] The only difference was the middle initial, which I understand is his father's middle initial, and was on the existing registration that he wanted transferredAs a courtesy we changed the name on the title, however, Mr [redacted] was advised that he needs to go to New York Motor Vehicle to change the registrationWe cant do that for him

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , I just want to say that they have no shame, my car have a lot problems and the most important the TRANSMISSION they not even touch it, the only thing that they fix is the u-joint of the drive shaft, they told me that they sent my car to JEEP CHEYSLER RAM dealership of Paramus to get fix of everything because all American ford couldn't fix that kind of problems but this was a lie when I went to pick up my car they refuse to give me a receipt or a copy on what they did to myIm tired, im stressed, I being wasting my time my money on train, bus, tickets going back and for to new jersey paying a lot of money in tolls just to go to the dealership and this guys play whit like toy they have months doing this to me this was my fouth time at the dealer ship and im tired I hope you guys make them understand that they cant sell a $25,car in bad conditions Regards, [redacted]

We have contacted Mr ***, and he has broght the vehicle back to our store in an attempt to address his concerns

I am rejecting this response because: This is not was I was told.  When I spoke to [redacted] he confirm that the dealership was going to fixed and pay for the problem.  When I asked if I had to do anything else I was told no that they would handle it.  However, when I called for an update I was forwarded to Arthur L[redacted] whom said he would look into the issue yet he never responded back to me.  But if what the dealer is saying is that I have to contact NYS DMV and just send them the bill I am fine with that.

We do not believe this matter was our fault, however, a a customer courtesy we will pay for the the registration transfer upon receipt of a paid invoice from NYS DMV
