All American Gymnastics

In reference to the complaint from [redacted] I would first like to say that I’m very proud of my reputation in the county of [redacted] for the past years as a gymnastics coach and owner of my facilityI have NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT so rudely delivered from anyone in my lifeI’m proud to ALWAYS provide a safe and VERY HAPPY environment for the children of all agesMr [redacted] 's daughter was a delight and had a fight with one of her best friends Which does happen with little girls her ageJealousy is most often the cause this problem was never brought the my attention because I would have solved it immediately!! Mr [redacted] signed a contract and as a business owner I ( like other gyms ) hold you to itHe does still owe months tuition as stated in the contract he signed ...however I don’t expect to get it because I’ve had a few other parents who don’t have the decency to fulfill their contract if it’s their choice to leave sincerely,Donna K [redacted]

I just want to scream on the top of my lungs!!! I had a really bad experience with the owner Winnie at All American gymnasticsShe literally screamed at me two times in front of everyone because she was trying to switch my daughter and her friend into a younger class (not the class I signed for)She came at me in the lobbyFinger in my face screaming and yellingI literally am traumatizedI couldn't even say anything backI was seriously in shockThen she walked away and came back again! [redacted] ***! Never have I ever been treated like that by a business ownerSince my children loved their class I felt terrible pulling them outI said to myself maybe Winnie was having a bad day and just lost itI went back the week later for them to intentionally separate my daughter from her friendThis morning I decided to call Winnie to talk about what happenedI wanted to resolve it so maybe we could move forwardShe shut me down instantlyTelling me I want around the gym like I own itTelling me that I am rudeShe told me I should be doing her a favor since last year when my husband and I were struggling financially she offered for us to pay $for both my children instead of the priceI never once asked her for any favorsI was extremely grateful for the discount she was giving usShe came to me with the offer because I hadn't signed my girls up for the next yearOn and onI was literally speechlessI just wanted to share my experience with other parentsI have never in my life been so disrespected by an owner of a business beforeCompletely embarrassed in front of my peers and children
