Our technician and service manager are still claiming that we were very clear on the rates however the service manager will credit the customer's credit card for $within days once *** agrees with these termsOur company stands by the emergency policy and rates and recommend that the customer seek closer repair services in the future

This company fails to deliver contracted goods and services
In March of I purchased and paid for 16xslant grave head stones, 12" Flower container and concrete grave slabs for a total of $ One slab was done in June of and the other slab was on hold until my father passed away which ended up being on July 25, Since this time no slab has been poured and I have contacted Turner Vaults several times with them saying they have been to busy or the weather or just excuse after another It is now February 14th of and still has not been done Sales rep was ***

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
The statements provided by the business and referenced comments by the service manager are NOT ACCURATE. I raised this concern immediately once I found out that they charged me additional hours of [redacted] and raised it with the service manager who introduced me as [redacted]. When the original request was made. The technician quoted the rate for the 1st hour and an extra hour on the phone. He explicitly stated that if the repair is completed within 1 hour, I will only pay for first hour of service. And if additional [redacted]e is required, they will charge me at the rate used for the additional hours.. The technician did NOT mention anything about charging for travel [redacted]e.  I agreed to pay for the actual [redacted]e onsite, and am still willing to do so. I offered to the service manager to pay for the actual [redacted]e based on the rates we've agreed to, and the service manager still insists on paying for the [redacted] that was incurred for the technician to travel from another location more than 1 hr away... Sincerely,
[redacted]

This is the first notice that we received. We immediately reached out to the customer and the service manager spoke with [redacted] whom in turn said that he was told about the travel fee in the beginning but was disputing it anyway. The service manager offered to deduct a half hour from his [redacted]e as...

well as not charge for the replacement of his filter. [redacted] said it wasn't good enough and was not willing to negotiate. [redacted] was told the rates for weekend service and was aware that the service could have been done on Monday at regular rates but [redacted] did not wish to wait.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], I'm wiling to agree to the proposal to credit $275.15 to end this dispute.  My understanding is that my credit card will be credited with this amount within 3 business days.
Thanks,

All American replaced our heat pump several years ago. The unit they installed is significantly larger than the old unit, as recommended by the sales person at the time. Since that time we have had repeated issues with high humidity levels in our house.
The humidity in our house is logged by a separate monitoring system. Humidity in our house rose after the installation of the unit, regularly reporting over 70% at both the thermostat and the monitoring system.
All American has made several adjustments to the system. The recommended humidity level in a home is ~50%. Even after multiple adjustments (decreasing the efficiency of the unit) the humidity in our house does not go below 55% in the summer, and for that we have to keep the house at 68 degrees. High humidity can cause mold and mildew growth. This has also caused significantly increased utility bills, not to mention that our house is cold.
All American staff who have come to our home have not been technically skilled. The original sales person told us we would eventually need an additional half ton of cooling when the tree cover over our house decreased, but after my later expressing concerns about the humidity I have been told that would not factor into a load calculation.
One technician explained that the humidity levels in our house were due to humidity coming in through our large glass window that faces the sun in the morning. When I pointed out that humidity is water in the air, and can't come through glass, he replied, "I don't know all that science-y stuff."
At another point a technician was supposed to make an adjustment to the air handler. When he returned he told me he'd made the exact same adjustment he'd made last time, which he thought he'd made earlier.
I've been told my duct work is well-sealed at one point, yet at a later point told it needed to be sealed better. I've been told my duct work is fine, and later told that it needed to be replaced. At one point when the humidity was high I've been told my crawl space was bone dry, yet later told the issue was being caused by moisture in the crawl space. After years of issues, All American found that they had not sealed the wall behind the thermostat, potentially causing faulty readings (sealing the wall did not resolve anything).
During my last interaction with the owner, he promised he would make things right. They no longer return my calls.
