Definitely a company with integrity and professionalism! Absolutely refreshing to come across Larry *** and his highly diligent, courteous team whom worked around the clock to complete the job Mr Bond gave me a choice with my heating and air system that everyone else said could not be done!! This company is truly about the customer and what is best for them, not what is best for the company The job was not only completed to schedule, but also to the quoted price!! I called MANY heat&air companies on Dec30,2016 at 4pm...."My heater unit has stopped working....and it's going to be 27degrees tonight", ALL AMERICAN said they will be out within an hour....come to find out my unit was 16years old and need a whole new replacement(my husband already figured since we have to repair unit every 6months for the last 2yrs)...with that being said, here it is SATURDAY! and NEW YEARS EVE! at 9am and I am receiving a complete 5ton unit with a 10yr warranty at a great great price...when NOBODY else was even open! That speaks volumes for this company in my book! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL AMERICAN for any and all HVAC! THANK YOU ALL AMERICAN from the bottom of my heart ,to the now, warm tipsy of my toes....THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!
