This is the first notice that we receivedWe immediately reached out to the customer and the service manager spoke with [redacted] whom in turn said that he was told about the travel fee in the beginning but was disputing it anywayThe service manager offered to deduct a half hour from his ***e as well as not charge for the replacement of his filter [redacted] said it wasn't good enough and was not willing to negotiate [redacted] was told the rates for weekend service and was aware that the service could have been done on Monday at regular rates but [redacted] did not wish to wait

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The statements provided by the business and referenced comments by the service manager are NOT ACCURATEI raised this concern immediately once I found out that they charged me additional hours of [redacted] and raised it with the service manager who introduced me as *** When the original request was madeThe technician quoted the rate for the 1st hour and an extra hour on the phone He explicitly stated that if the repair is completed within hour, I will only pay for first hour of serviceAnd if additional ***e is required, they will charge me at the rate used for the additional hoursThe technician did NOT mention anything about charging for travel ***e I agreed to pay for the actual ***e onsite, and am still willing to do so I offered to the service manager to pay for the actual ***e based on the rates we've agreed to, and the service manager still insists on paying for the [redacted] that was incurred for the technician to travel from another location more than hr away Sincerely, [redacted]

When your AC dies on a hot summer day and don't know who to call, it can be very stressfulI obtained his name from a co-worker and had contacted two other big name companies that I was familiar with because of advertisingAll three came to my home that day to give me an estimate on a new AC and furnace, since they were 25+ and years old and not very efficientThe owner of All American Heating and Air Conditioning, Scott, was able to get the blower motor going by simply spinning itThis was after one of the big companies did nothing to get my family any reliefAll American Heating and AC was $3,and $cheaper than the other twoI ended up getting a higher seer rated AC (16) and high efficiency furnace for a much cheaper price, along with a year parts and labor warrantyThe blower motor did stop again after to hours and Scott offered to bring out a portable AC unit to assist in cooling the houseHis wife called back the next morning and said Scott found a blower motor that he thought would work until he could get the new AC installedHe showed up at 9:AM and was gone in minutesMy AC was working and he told us that we didn't owe him anythingI know the other companies wouldn't have done thatHe was such a lifesaverIt was miserably hot and we were watching our week old granddaughterDon't know what we would have done without himAbout a week later, Scott and his employee showed up to install our new system and he did a GREAT jobThey did a very neat and professional installationEverything about this company was fantasticThey were professional, personable, knowledgeable and conscientiousThey took great pains in making every part of the installation just rightI would much rather do business with a small business owner then a large companyThe experience is more personal and affordableI will highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC servicesI trust them completely and will be a forever customer

This Company does flat out does business the correct way...unbelievable right?
several years ago I had a a/c problem, I did not have a regular service coat the time
I called 3) different local companies to take a look at what my issue was
when this occurred (the unit was years old.) The first company no more than got out of there service truck, took one look at my unit and declared I needed a new outside a/c unit, and left me a estimate
The second company came out and was true to form with a almost Identical response to the first...new unit, left me an estimate
I was frustrated with this as I could not believe a Heil ton a/c unit in years would be worn out....(even though it did seem to run a lot)
American cam out, Scott got his hands dirty and figure out my issueAfter a hour service call it was repairedScott explained to me in detail the issue, we discussed and he repaired unit, this unit cooled for the next 4) years
This June the unit quit cooling....called American H&C and they came out and verified the compressor was gone, we discussed options and decided this unit that was installed originally was borderline (small) for the square footage of my house...this made so much sense to me since the unit seem to run constant and when very hot out struggled to keep the house cool
We decided to go to a ton unit with a matching furnace....what a difference it has made in our house, it keeps our house constant temp no matter what the heat is outside, American did a great job at install and even provided a portable unit so we could stay more comfortable until the new was installed
These are Awesome, Honest, Polite people with pride in what they dothey have made me a loyal customer

I have used All American Heating/Air many times They are a fantastic small business and extremely responsive They have been out to my house a few times in the middle of the night Just had a new Heating and AC put in Extremely reasonable and very clean! Scott is a very nice person! I give them A+++++! And it's a small business I Louisville which I love to support!

All American Heating and Air went over and beyond to help me as a customerI called during a busy time when everyone seemed to be having an issue with their air, and they fit me in for a service call in a timely manner! It turned out I needed a whole new unit, and All American went over and beyond to assist me in choosing my options and installingI will definitely use All American in the future and will highly recommend them when I hear of someone in need of heating and air company!
