All American Heating and Air is an honest responsive company that understands the importance of customer service and communication. We used them for an issue that was for the most part initially misdiagnosed by a third party. After getting a glowing word of mouth recommendation from another HVAC contractor we contacted Jim's team and Jim made time available and came out. Jim was patient and responsive with us when we had a "mystery "issue with our furnace. Jim ran a series of comprehensive testing that he thought could be of help before going down the path of the more expensive option of replacing our system. We appreciated him being upfront, giving the less expensive option a shot (working so far!) before having us spend a considerable more amount of money.
