I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] Ohio heating sent the plumber who originally worked on the project to replace the leaking connection Unless the connection fails in the future, I find the resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]
This call came in at the end of the day. Our tech went there and found the wire loose from the draft motor. The supply houses were closed and the customer was told that we would have to return on Monday to replace the inducer motor. The customer did not want to pay an overtime call
because it was an after hour call. The customer was given a price to repair the unit at that time. He was also told that we offer hour service and if the unit went out again before Monday we would be happy to come back and attempt to get it running again but it would only be a temperary fix as the supply house was closed until Monday for him to get the parts to repair, and that there would be a charge. He was only charged the diagnostic charge with the overtime rate as the repair was not completed. We do charge to do a diagnostic and the customer was also told that it was an overtime call. See the attached work order that he signed showing the the unit needed additional work. He
Ms*** was told when she gave her cc to our office that there would be a 3% fee charged. It is also on the invoice that she received (see attachment). She never complained when when the person when her card was taken. All customers are charged

I am rejecting this response because: I was never told about the 3% credit card charge until the second 1/2 of the payment was sent in. It was never made clear to me in advance of the payment.
