This customer was told the entire system needed replaced.Customer requested only outside unit be replaced, “r22” unit, do to finances.After looking for a supplier that had a runit in stock we learned that they are nowhere to be found.This customer stressed the importance of getting something in do to health issues.A 410a unit was installed with the customer fully aware that the indoor attic unit would serve as a TEMPORARY aid in cooling the house down and would need replaced as soon as possible.The customer tried and could not get approved through the finance company for the attic unitThey had stated they would have to wait until they save enough for the replacement of the indoor

TO WHOMEVER IT MAY CONCERN,TRENT FROM ALL AMERICAN HEATING, AND COOLING INCPUT IN A NEW A/C 410A TRANE UNIT HE SAID HE WOULD MAKE IT WORK WITH OUR RSYSTEM IN THE ATTIC BUT IT WOULD LAST UNTIL SEASON WAS OVER BUT NEXT SPRING WE WOULD NEED TO REPLACE THE ATTIC SYSTEM AFTER REPLACING THE A/C UNIT IT STOPPED WORKING, AND HE CAME OUT AGAIN, AND GOT IT WORKINGAND IT STOPPED WORKING COMPLETELY AFTER A FEW WEEKS WE WOULD LIKE HIM TO COME OUT, AND TAKE THE NEW 410A TRANE UNIT BACK, AND REFUND OUR MONEY COMPLETELY WE WANT HIM TO DO THE RIGHT THING BY US SO WE CAN GET ANOTHER LICENSED COMPANY THAT WE TRUST TO COME OUT, AND REPLACE THE SYSTEM SO IT WILL WORK CORRECTLY BECAUSE HE DIDN'T DO THE RIGHT THING IN THE BEGINNING; WE HAD A OVERFLOWED OF GALLONS OF WATER DAMAGING OUT NEWLY PAINTED CEILING WHERE THE DRYWALL FELL DOWN INTO OUR FRONT ROOM LEAVING A BIG HOLE IN THE CEILING WE JUST WANT A REFUND. This story now seems to have changed from water leaking to not workingI talked to the Trane field rep about this matterHe reaffirmed what I had stated before The system can work with the 410a outdoor unit. The type of refrigerant the outdoor unit uses has no affect on a indoor drain panIt would be comparable to replacing two back tires, leaving the old fronts and when a front goes flat blaming the back tires because they are incompatibleThe indoor is oldIt is rusted, rusted through, leaked water. Everyone knew it would be best to do bothI actually mentioned window units until both could be done at the same time Mr*** did not want to use this option. I'm willing to work with the ***s on a new indoor unit as originally planned or have the trane rep explain how it's not possible for the outdoor unit to cause rust/water leakI am more than sure one could find a company that would like to install an entire system and would say anything to do soIn the previous statement Mrs*** complained of the interest rate from the bank I have no control over credit scores or interest rates but believe this to be more of the issue Regards Trent K*** All American heating and cooling
