I called this company to schedule an appointment for a home inspection. I needed someone fast due to the time frame I had. I also wanted to find a company that I could pay at closing. I had trouble finding one to do that so I scheduled the appointment. After getting a referral from my mortgage company I canceled this appointment. When I called the Lady [redacted] wanted to know why I was canceling. I advised of the reason and she canceled the appointment for me. Then I receive a call from her husband asking if I was canceling the appointment because it takes a long time to book him for his services. It only took me 2 days to get an appointment. He then proceeds to tell me good luck and starts laughing hysterically and hung up. That is very unprofessional and poor customer service.
