Review: Contracted All American Inspections, LLC to perform a house inspection and a termite inspection. I was informed that the termite portion was performed separately by a different inspector. The house inspection was conducted by [redacted], the report was emailed to me on the following day. The termite inspector never showed up, never even made an appointment to enter the house. Having missed my Due Diligence period, I contacted [redacted]. His response:"If you didn't get it I can make sure that you do. I'll get with my termite inspector tomorrow morning and send you a duplicate. When is your closing?"However, no termite inspector had ever come to the house (or if he had, neither myself nor my Realtor let them into the property as neither of us had been contacted), There is nothing to duplicate, the job was never done. When I demanded the charge for the services that were not provided be refunded ($75), all I got back was radio silence. Now I don't know if the missing termite inspection is a problem with [redacted], or a problem with [redacted]'s coworker/subcontractor. I do know that [redacted]'s not responding to a demand for a refund and pretending nothing is wrong is completely unprofessional.Desired Settlement: $75 - the amount I paid for the service which was never rendered. $25 - for the hour and a half i've wasted trying to get that $75 back.

I'm really not sure how to respond to Mr. [redacted]'s false claim. What Mr. [redacted] doesn't mention is that he didn't bother to show up to his inspection and that everything was handled by his agent that knows very well that the inside of the house was inspected for termites on the day of the inspection and that the termite guy I sent the next day was just to dig around the perimeter due to the high soil. All experienced real estate agents know that the termite certificates are only good for 30 days so we rarely issue them on the same day of the inspection when no closing date is set. I specifically asked his agent if he needed the certificate right away and he said no! So I told him I would have my guy dig around the perimeter the next day just to be thorough and asked him to call me when he was ready for his certificate. I had instructed my assistant to refund Mr. [redacted] his $75.00 but after all this extra time he's taken from me to answer his ridiculous claim I feel the right thing is for Mr.[redacted] to pay me an additional $200.00.
