Telhio Credit Union collects the night depository within the first hour of business opening We strive to post all transactions prior to noon the day of collection We only collect the envelopes from the night depository once a day in the morning at opening We encourage all members to ensure the transaction has posted prior to using the funds We do apologize for the inconvenience to [redacted] and encourage him to ensure the funds have been credited to his checking before utilizing his debit card for purchases as some retailers post immediately to his account We will gladly refund his fee this time with that understanding
