***I have attached your Moving Estimate which does not list materials, packing, or a long-carry included in the moveAlso, when the driver was at your location and you called into customer service, you stated that you didn't want to pay for the extra items, not included in the original estimate,
yet you never mentioned anything about the materials, packing, or a long-carry feeWould you please provide more information, as we've received conflicting statements from you regarding why you cancelled your move?

I am rejecting this response because: I didn't swindle anythingI made it perfectly clear that I had a 4+ bedroom home and square ft of home that needed to be movedI also explained to Mr M*** that I had a three leve homeMy wife and I also called back to reexplain this againThe movers not only showed up a day late they didn't have any thing prepared for the moveAlso, It was explained to me that I was bundling my move with other people to save on 35% of the cost I explained everything on the phone with MrM*** because I specially asked about someone coming out to inventory the homeThe only mistake I made was not knowing what cubic square foot equaledYour company never even called me on the moving dateI called the companyThe day after the move date, I was told it would be between 11-2pm again I had to call to find the moversThey arrived at 4:05pmWith guys instead of that I was told the previous dayThey showed with flip flops onThen I was given a quote for over 24,dollars.

additional items were increased from pieces to piecesThe 1st and 2nd e-Signed Moving Estimate are both attached for your referenceWhen we arrived at your pickup address in *** *** you added even more items: bulky items, dresser, TV’s, miscpieces of furniture, and storage itemsI have attached your Bill of Loading (BOL) and Revised Written Estimate, which lists each item that was addedIn both of e-signed Moving Estimates, it states that if your inventory increases your cost will as wellIf at any time you felt you were being taken advantage of, you should have called our customer service, called our dispatch department, or just cancelled the move all together

Unfortunately, there is obviously some kind of miscommunication regarding this matter because you e-signed your contract for a pickup window of Monday or Tuesday, 11/21/or 11/22/I have attached your e-signed Binding Moving Estimate for your referenceWe would like to resolve this matter, as

your belongings five days before you hired us? Next, the original quote for your move was $1,840.00, which included $for full packingAnd lastly, I have attached your Binding Moving Estimate from the day you booked with us, September 29, 2016, that we scheduled your pickup date between October 5, and October 8, We showed up on Thursday, October 6, and that is when you cancelled your move with usUnfortunately, at pickup, your price did increase because you had more items than you were quoted for, but it had nothing to do with packingIn the attached Binding Moving Estimate, it clearly states that we guarantee the estimate as long as you provide us with an accurate description of your inventory list of the household items to be movedThe estimate also clearly lists our cancellation policy: "Customer understands that Credit Card and ACH deposits are nonrefundable once the reservation has been madeAny cancellation made after the reservation has been made will result in the forfeiture of the deposit(s) fee(s) paid..." I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting this response because: Well I wont reject it yet but I wanted to let you know that I've been told or so time by this company that I will be hearing from a supervisor (including being told this by "the owner" Joseph H*** *, and haves yet to get a return call I would love to have you call the "Customer Service" line and see whom you can speak toI've made over calls and e mails since I've been dealing with this company and have been told nothing but LIES. Its currently 5PM in Chicago and , I have yet to hear from a "supervisor, Manager, the salesman or the owner (all whom at one time or another said "Ill call you back")In the response they said "we will call regarding your $fine wave spent over an additional $1,on this move with the original quote being $ I am always willing to let a company correct mistakes and I will keep you informed if I do hear from them but I have my sincere doubts.Thank you for your work on my behalfRegards, *** ***

Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that the proposed solution may only address 50% of the expected outcome I'm seeking. I believed there are disclosure violations, bait and switch practices and other potential malicious acts, etc. that this company have committed and/or has been engaged in that must be addressed as well.Also, we have lost a few stuff, some expensive some not, and with some stuff delivered to us that got damaged during the transport. Hopefully this gets addressed in the claim process.Clearly, we're at the beginning stages of the process, and NOT nearly the END as of yet.

[redacted]   First and foremost, please remember that every, single, phone call (incoming or outgoing) in our office is recorded. Next, when our representative called you to go over your move from [redacted] to [redacted], you refused to provide us with an inventory list. You insisted...

that you spoke with several other moving companies and you had 750 CF of items to move. No more. No less. Please see enclosed e-Signed Moving Estimate. It shows 750 CF at a rate of $4.50 per CF. When we arrived at your location, you had 4500 CF that needed to be relocated. 4500 CF, which is 600% more than you assured us. We informed you that we would have to have another straight truck sent (two in total) in or a semi-truck but we would honor your rate of $4.50 per CF. You tried to swindle us by refusing to provide an inventory list when you had 6 times the amount of items you said you had. When you e-Signed our Moving Estimate, you were aware of our cancellation policy. You also have to remember that we spent time and money on a foreman, workers, fuel, materials, and the fact that we could have been servicing another move. [redacted] we lost money on your job.
