All American Medical continues to call various phone numbers of ours trying to get us to accept Medicare Paid devices that we do not want

We have been purchased by Live Well Holdings weeks ago As of this writing, our bathroom has not been cleaned We have to ask for our money that is owed us and it comes weeks later Our fax has been turned off, no faxes come into the office on the machine The sales people have to pay to fax out The phones work sometimes but not others We went from cordless phones to corded phones in the most inconvenient places The office used to have full time employees, now down to who cannot possibly keep up with the demand The "Manager" that is here is overworked and has not trained anyone in the new paperwork or new phone system, if it ever is put in, weeks now without proper phones No one seems to care This review is coming from one who is not working for the company but worked for the previous one Also, there is not a message on the phone that rings in, so not Medicare compliant Many problems, all solvable, but who?

AAM is only after every dollar they can get from every client they dupe into doing business with them. They do not listen to the customer, me, they just go on and on and ask you questions about do you have this or that illness or such, can you or do you use a back brace, leg braces, etc anything that Medicare covers even if you do no need it, they practically force it on you. They do not call you back unless you have canceled your account out of frustration with trying to get them to listen to what your asking and trying to get out of your personal needs.

I have just hung up on them again, after calling them back to give them an opportunity to correct my issues but they just continue on like a telemarketer ignoring you mostly and only briefly acknowledging you. Then it's I will call the doctor for you, or I am trying to help you are you sure you don't or could not use a back brace...really?

I have been without my test strips for a month now trying to find one of these 18 approved places for Medicare to get them from for what I am paying for and lose out. It is extremely frustrating and they try to push a sub standard monitor on you even if they have the one you use available as they get more of a cut in their pocket for that meter and test stripes. So where is the government in all this rip them off? By the time your done you not only think you need these things you didn't call for but all of a sudden you have them....

I notice they hide behind fake responses to the Revdex.com and shame on Revdex.com for not investigating them further. They respond like politicians do, by avoiding it. Oh we called so and so but they didn't call us back that is all we can do, them make it so you would never want t take their calls again. They know they are pushers of any device or product that the MC program covers to get in their pocket.

Customer Service should be called Telemarketer Services and we only listen when you order what we want you to use and refills of that which we have you using.

There is a serious shame going on here with most of the 18 allowed mail order companies to get all they can from Medicare. Shameful, I am met with the same thing after have calling 12 now of the 18. This All American I spoke with [redacted], [redacted] and a host of people who actually start to raise their voices at you in an attempt to intimidate the elderly or sick who are mentally challenged. his is not a joke. They are deliberately abusing the system and many of us would rather pay the expensive cost out of our tiny SS and Disability checks then get our benefit we already pay for in the insurance we do have to pay for Medicare it is not free.

They are rude, do not listen to you only ask what they want you to have and get and make you feel it is so fantastic. DO NOT fall for this horrible misuse of trust.

I tried to become a loyal customer but doing business with them is not possible I have a letter from them welcoming me as a customer but have not received anything yet.

All American is just about the All American Dollar....
