At this time, I have been contacted directly by All American Monuments, Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:The monument should be install in November 2016. I contact cemetery regarding prograce , I been told that they received order...

to install foundation on December * 2016. The cemetery stop poor foundation in the end of November. All American Monument Inc. has six months to order foundation from the cemetery (they received deposit for this scoop of work)  In a present moment the company stop containing me  with the prograce

Review: I order the stone for my mother's grave at July *, 2015. My mother's name, dates, portrait, and small memorial text should be engraved on the stone. I supply the company with the photograph for the portrait at the end of August, 2015. Whole design and text was approved by me first time in October, and second time (by the request of the business) at the beginning of December, after my call about installation. Proposed date for erection of stone is November-December 2015 (it is written in the contract). Finally, today, on December **, 2015, I have call from the business about photograph for the portrait. Also, I was informed that the stone cannot be installed up to January * or even * of 2016. When I made an order, I particularly mentioned that everything should be done before January *. At January *, 2016 will be the year after my mom passed away. All our relatives will be in the cemetery, and we planned to open the stone and commemorate her.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to finish the job on time and install the stone before the New Year. If they will not be able to do so, I would like them to pay for each day of delay, for example $25 (for five first days) and then increase this amount for $10 every day.
