All American Movers

We used these movers back the Jan 2020. They had very poor communication, lied about delivery pick up and drop off and damaged several items. We were covered with insurance and after making a claim they continue to have excuses for not sending us the check.

All American Movers completed a move for me and my boyfriend from *** to ***. The move was quoted at $2850.00. The company was difficult to work with during the move with multiple delivery dates promised where the movers did not show without notice. The move was paid for in two parts at the time of pick up and at delivery with the fees charged to my boyfriends's credit card. Mr. Shawn *** agreed to a $300 discount due to the misrepresented delivery dates. There was an established credit card fee bringing our total charged to $2620 which was appropriate. It was clear that no additional charges would be applied. Days after the move was completed, there was a separate $780 charge to the credit card. After attempts to contact the business to have the charge removed, Lee contested the charge with his credit card company. All American Movers then submitted a falsified invoice for $780 to the credit card company during the dispute so the charge was not reversed. As they assured us that there were no additional fees at the time of the move completion, this charge and invoice are fraudulent. We called in response to the fraudulent invoice and an employee claimed she was unaware of the charge, that they had no documentation of the charge in review of our account, and that they has recently let employee's go due to similar circumstances. She stated she would look into the situation to help and requested an email with the exact dates and dollar amounts so that she could investigate the charge. The information was provided but she never responded to the email. We have since called multiple times without answer and the business mail box was full prohibiting a voicemail and now their business line is not accepting calls.

Do not do business with this company!!! Scheduled a move with All American Movers a couple of weeks before our scheduled moving day and was assured that we were on the schedule and everything was go to go. Then on moving day we received a phone call about 15 minutes after our scheduled arrival time and were told that the movers were running a little late and would be there in about half an hour. About one hour after the movers were originally scheduled to arrive we received a second phone call saying that our move had been canceled!!! At this point all of the moving trucks in the area had been rented and there was no way to get a truck even if I could have found help. Strangely enough about two hours after we were scheduled to start the move one of the movers walked up to the house saying that he was there for the move seemingly unaware of anything that had transpired? Had there at least been the foresight or decency to let us know earlier we could have possibly figured something else out. We spent over a month getting everything ready to go for the move and then had All American Movers cancel an hour after they we supposed to have started, this is completely unacceptable and put a family with two small children in a terrible situation at a stressful time in there life.

This company moved our family from the Denver, CO area to Ft. Collins, CO on June 15, 2018.
During the move, the 6 employees performing the service caused approx. $4000.00 worth of damage to our belongings and both residences. The owner of the company, Shawn, promised to work with us and reimburse us for the damages caused, and he has now stopped responding to our phone calls, emails and text messages. We have sent photos and estimates of all damages caused.
