I am completely dissatisfied with the service I was provided by this businessI replaced the outlet by my dishwasher with a GFCI outlet thinking it would be saferI then found, when I ran my dishwasher, the dishwasher would stop and the reset button would pop outWhen resetting it and running the dishwasher again, the situation would repeat itself It was then I called All American One Construction to help me understand what to do to correct this situation
Jeff Collins and another gentleman came to my home and investigated the situationI was requested at different times during the service to flip the circuit breaker off and then on againDuring this process, I was asked to stay by the circuit boxThis required me to be out of site of the work being doneThat seemed odd but I did for a while and then entered my kitchen to see the work being doneThe GFCI electrical outlet had been replaced by a regular outlet, just like one I already had
I was given instruction that it was very important to no longer use the outlet for anything because it is too close to the kitchen sinkThey suggested I get a blank outlet cover or to use those plastic plug ins used to baby proof a house in the outlet
Jeff asked me if the previous work was done by a person who advertised in the Villager, a local newspaper, and I should know better than to do thatI was not given the opportunity to answerIf I had, I would have let him know that was how I had information to contact his business
I was charged $for service that reverted my electrical outlet to the way it was originally and told to not use the outletI was not even provided a blank coverI was charged for an outlet I already had
I did not let Jeff and his co-worker know the way I felt I was treated and about paying for no real service provided to meI got angry after the factI am yearsDid I present a situation easy to take advantage of a senior by this business? I wrote a check to Jeff on 8/14/It was long ago but does not change the fact I received no service for $BewareI wish I had been provided the opportunity to submit no star rating

An appointment was set up with this company on October 24, 2017, for AM on Thursday November 2, 2017, todayI took this Thursday off from work to have a ceiling light and vent installed in the second story bathroom Appointment time came and went At 10:AM I called the company for an update After a brief hold I was told there was a problem The "grandson" had messed up the files and paper work and requested the information again I did thatHe said something about he had a guy out and another one that wasn't answering his phone, but promised he'd have someone out here in about minutes...no, maybe to minutes...I'll have him call when he is on his way Fine, thank you

-1:pm I received a call asking if he was there yet, I said noSome indistinguishable mumbling, talking in the background, the he's at Home Depot and will be out soon
-1:pm "Is he there yet?" No! "OK, he will beI apologize, I had a guy quit this morning."
-2:pm I call ed and again asked for an ETAI was told soon
-2:pm A man showed up, never introduced himself, I asked if he was the electrician and said yes I told him his boss wanted him to call
-2:pm He asked if he could use my phone, his wasn't working I said yes and he called his boss I then showed him what I had requested to be done He took measurements, pictures and used my phone again
-2:pm He said his boss would call back within the hour with an estimated I told him that I wasn't happy with that and wanted to know if the work would be done today He said yes,
-2:pm He again called his boss and was told it would be about minutes He left my house to sit in his truck
-2:pm Received a call from the "boss" and asked to speak to his employee I told him he was in his truck and asked what's going on and got more excuses I then told him that I'm cancelling thew work request and that would call someone else Swear wordFineHe hangs up Two minutes later, the employee sitting his truck, without phone service, leaves!
What kind of service is this? I spent half the day waiting and I got nothing Now, I'll have to take another day off, find another company to make an appointment with To say the least, very poor customer service
