2 1/2 years after installation, the large bulkhead coil spring cracked in half. I called Richard, the owner of the company, that Sunday afternoon to inform him of the problem and that I could not open the garage door by myself. By 9:30 Monday morning, not only did he open the door but replaced both coil springs free of charge even though the original warranty had expired. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I have received. I must also mention that this took place 4 days before Christmas

Great service from getting a quote to final installation. Extremely happy with the final product. They guys that came to install were professional. I called a year after installing the doors to fix the nut and bolt on the arm that kept coming lose. Guys showed up the morning I called to fix.
