I used this company once before in the past and the experience was neutralThey didn't do an amazing job but they got the job done For this next project it was a little more complicated but they said they could do the job and they laid out a clear contract of all the work that would be covered in the jobThere was quite a bit that they did wrong and that they failed to follow through on from their contract that I don't know where to startOn top of that the business owner "Bob" did absolutely nothing to try to improve on the poor work they did even after several phone calls and emailsHe also told me that if I were too complain then I should expect nothing from him We contracted this company to sand repair patch and paint the front of the houseIts obvious that they skipped steps because the front of my house still shows where they sanded but did not patchThis job was suppose to take days and they some how managed to finish in Bob refused to improve his work and said this was not part of the job but it was clearly outlined in his contract They painted several areas around my house but didn't properly match the paintSo when they repaired stucco and repainted the paint they used didn't match the surrounding wallsRather than match the wall paint they were working on they used a different wall from paint that didn't match Bob explained that they did this which is clearly a mistake on their part but he would only be willing to quote me to repaint the whole house and was not willing to fix the mistake on his part After the job was done they made a big messThey used a blower to just blow paint chips and debris into my lawn, garden and backyardThey less paint, debris, paper all around the outside of my house along with paint tarps and rolls of tape.When I told him about this he adamantly refused to come clean upIt was only after I threatened to cancel his check and reduce his payment by the cost of hiring another company to clean that he agreed to send his team to come cleanThe next day one person shows up with no cleaning supplies what so ever and pitifully cleaned around my house with a kids play broom that he found in my backyardIt was so pathetic and I was so disappointed with this businessI had to spend the rest of my Saturday cleaning the mess they left after their job After I cleaned up I still had to hire another company to fix their work at about the same cost so it cost me double of what it should have costThe other paint company was extremely professional but agreed that by the work that was done this company was clearly an amateur and didn't seem to know what they were doing I wasn't interested in writing a bad review and had hope to resolve this issue with Bob but he made no effort what so ever despite my best efforts to try to work with him during such a bad experienceI would not recommend this company and I would warn you not to work with them

Customer purchased too much paint for the job and was upset about that from the startI offered to refund her $from the job for the paint over the phoneWhen my foreman started the job she demanded a $refund and was upset that the invoice said $which is what we agreed to over the
phone prior to us coming to her job.She then calmed down and asked us to go ahead and paint the shuttersI paid professional painters to drive vehicles to *** Ky to paint sets of shutters coats that I had estimated at about man hoursIt took my men man hours to complete the job.When my men were finished She (the owner) insected the shutters and was happy with the work and paid us in fullSeveral weeks later she called me and stated that we didn't put coats on her shutters and I told her that was impossible not to have since the shutters were a paint grade vinyl and would look absolutely terrible if only paintedI then went to her house and inspected the shutters myself and they look, and have been painted perfectlyCustmor said that there is just too much paint left over for us to have applied coatsShe is not taking into account the latex additive we had to add into the paint in order to paint them on that hot summer dayI tried to explain this to her and she doesn't care to believe meWe have been in business now for years and would not risk our good reputation for $

See attachment.Not once has customer discussed the look of the Shutters because there is nothing wrong with themThey were perfectly paintedWe did not agree to return to do a second coat-she knew we painted them twice the first time or she would not have paid usWe also do not ever ask for full payment before we completely finish a jobCustomer over bought on her paint purchase and has been mad about that from the start and nobody is going to change how she feelsPerhaps she should take out her frustrations on *** *** whom it was that sold her too much paint to begin with

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI purchased gallon of paint and was never upset about my purchaseWe agreed up front that I would purchase my own paint & he would deduct the price of the paintHis contractors argued with me about the cost of the paint & did not fully refund, by $10, for my cost as I had agreed with the owner, but I let it slideHis contractor even replied that *** *** charges too much for paintI explained that *** *** sells the paint that matches my door which was recently purchased at *** ***For him to say that I was upset is just not trueI was never upset about paintI was more concerned that it was going to rain & it was very humid outside as there were storms just miles south of us in Louisville & that is why his painters came to my house without notice because they were unable to paint in Louisville, so they headed to ***I was gracious enough to allow them paint without an appointmentIt took his painters less than 1/hours to paint my shutters and that includes set-upIt is a TOTALLY Statement that it took hoursI paid in full because they told me they would come back to finish the second coat on another day, when I didn't hear from them after several weeks I called the ownerThe owned never denied that they didn't do coats, he told me vacation was starting in a couple of days and they would be out after July 4th VacationWhen I didn't hear from him a couple weeks after July 4th I called again & he said he would come out and take a lookWhen I didn't hear from him after that, I called again and he told me that he had been out and inspected and the shutters were not bleeding though, so therefore they didn't need additional layers of paint.This is not an acceptable resolution because I did not get what I paid forWe agreed to coats of paint per shutter and I only received coat of paint

I never once complained about how much paint I purchased; I chose to buy gallon of paintThe amount of paint is not in questionThe only reason I mentioned the amount of paint was to make my point that coats had not been appliedIf they had been I would have less paintFurthermore, why did the owner say that they added latex to my paintFALSEWhy would they need to add anything to the paint? This is *** outdoor paintOne of the better *** paints *** *** sellsThere was no need to add anything, nor did they add anything this is just another statement being made. I agreed to pay in full because they told me they would be back to put on a second coat and I had no reason not to believe them since they had done satisfactory work for me in the pastI thought I had contracted an honest, reputable company.Simply put, I am unhappy because my shutters were not painted with coats, which is what I paid for, and they are lighter then the front door because they did not receive coats of paintI am also concerned that they will fade more rapidly because the coats of paint were not applied and the shutters take a beating from the sun all day
