Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] has not showed again,as promised to do the brickface on our home.He has been given every opportunity to do the work,and this has dragged on for 6+ months now,with him promising to come on a particular day,and then he never shows up,as promisedWe would like our refund in the amount of $1700, returned to us by [redacted] .He was given this money as a deposit for the work to be done.The total cost was to be $for the brckface,and he requested half of that amount at that time to start the work.At the completion of the job,he was to get another $My husband even told him if he couldn't do the work,just return our deposit,and we would get someone else to do the work,but [redacted] response was ,"I will be there to do the work",never showing as stated Regards, [redacted]

I have been in contact with the complainant the entire time, and spoke to him yesterday. I informed him that the job will be done within the next week. He said that is fine.

Hello I just received a complaint from a prior customer who stated he contacted me about issues with curbstone. I have never received any complaint from him, in fact I've been out of state for the last 8 months living in [redacted]. I have a different number and didn't receive any call whatsoever. I...

reached out to the customer today and I am awaiting his call back. I will gladly go to his property and resolve this issue. I will be in Nj for the next 3 weeks and will go fix the problem. I need to set a time to meet the customer at his property to show me the issues. Thanks

I've never been inclined to go out of my way to review a business. I am deeply disappointed and shocked at the poor customer service and consideration for customer satisfaction. Francesco, the owner, made many promises that were not fulfilled particularly about when the project would be completed. we have an unfinished sub par outdoor barbeque in our backyard at the moment and we've been waiting, waiting, waiting for this man to follow through on his words so we can move on with our lives. Very disappointed and feel that we should speak up to save others from a bad experience. Would NOT recommend.
