No they did not fix damages I allowed them to they started and made it worse they also did not pay for
the fraudulent charges I will never allow them to even come to my home again no one should they have no idea what there doing even the city inspector says the same thing they never pull inspection as required because they don't want an inspector coming out the city was going to make them open up the roof and reduce it all because they never had an open inspection or a rough inspection there just a terrible company that does worse work than a handyman or beginner

This is in response to Mr***'s complaint
The installation performed at Mr***'s home was permitted and inspected by the City of *** *** The only minor correction requested by the inspector was the secure strapping of the gas line at the roof top unit, which was immediately corrected and signed off passing inspectionWe have an ongoing relationship with the local building department and there were not any statements or recommendations made by the department in regards to the lack of craftmanship in regards to the installation by our organization
A licensed and certified Calcerts HERS rater was also performing the required testing for the new installation and found the airflow and duct tightness of the system surpassed the requirements, he stated it superior to most other installations performed by other organizations
Mr*** did receive a refund of $on 10/1/as he requested, Mr*** would not allow us to correct any of the concerns he had statedWe sincerely requested to have all and any of his concerns addressed, when we met with Mr*** on 9/4/
I am unsure of the motivating factor behind Mr***'s slanderous statements, we have done everything possible to ensure his satisfaction

No this owner verbally abused his employees on this job severely did more damage than work they do not know what there doing even city inspector says I would not let them touch your home again only passed inspection because of the repairs I did before inspection the city inspector was going to make them remove everything and start over because they did not file for permit until days after job was completed and I asked for the permit they did not do any open inspection which is required no rough electrical inspection which is required did not even install gas line properly which is major and would not have been fixed if I did not make them pull a permit which was required and the city inspector making them redu the gas line you can see by his statement and my statements how bad he is and I have the receipts inspection reports photos and employees statements to prove it and only compensated me because my lawyer gave him week or he was suiting him for $if he didn't pay for these damages in that week period that shows you even more how bad they are

I have had All American come out many times to help with our heating and plumbing needs, and I am always very happy with the service The technicians are always helpful, clear, and friendly The job is always done well and in as timely a fashion as possible I will continue to use All American and would recommend them to others as well

Just had my water heater replaced by Jose A***, What a fantastic job he did, very professional, he explained all my options and how to operate the controls I give him a A ++++++++++++++++++ great service, I want him back on all my plumbing needs

I am writing this letter of response in regards to complaint # XXXXXXXX. Upon investigation of the drain services provided for Mr. [redacted], the following was found.
We received the service request On 4/27/16 at approximately 11:54 am. The call...

has an audio recording for quality assurance. The customer service representative entered the call, here are the highlights;
Dispatch 4/27 2:30 PM [redacted] XXX8 [redacted] Street, Dos [redacted] CA XXXXX USA Customer called stating the kitchen sink is clogged, nothing else affected as of yet. New customer (google). $49 diagnostic charge/keep will pay with credit card or check, if he wants to be billed to pay with check please collect c/c info. Also the apartment next door (XXX2 Almond) has the shower backing up, please let [redacted] know if the stoppage in both homes are in a common line and if clearing that common line can clear both homes, if not we will need to create a new call and a separate invoice. [redacted] will meet tech there to give access to XXX2 Almond.
Our technicians arrived at 2:39 of the same date. Attached is the electronically captured approval for the work to be performed, its description and the repair amount, prior to initiating the drain clearing. The invoice also shows the electronic signature capture after the work was satisfactorily completed.
During the process of this call it was found that there were illegal rubber waste fittings present in the mechanical room where the water heater resides and where the kitchen sink waste line in question ties into these rubber illegal fittings. The technician verbally advised Mr. [redacted] of this condition and verbally made recommendations for their replacement and repair of the waste line. Mr. [redacted] rejected any of the recommendation presented to correct the additional compromises in the waste piping system that were identified, found the kitchen sink in question draining satisfactorily, signed the satisfactory completion and acceptance of the work performed and made payment for what he authorized our company to perform.
The technician that was the lead on this call did not note in writing what was additionally found, what options were available to correct and what the investment amounts needed were. We utilize ipad tablet devices with our clients and technicians. This was a brand new means of serving our clients, approximately 1.5 weeks new, the technician was still getting comfortable with the new useage of the ipad table.
Mr. [redacted] did contact our office on 5/20/16 at 2:30 pm requesting that we go back to said property and repair illegal piping originally found in the mechanical closet on 4/27/16 and brought to his attention on 4/27/15 for which he declined. Mr. [redacted] was demanding that this additional work be performed at no additional charge and stated he had already paid enough.
Our bi lingual customer service representative explained that we would be unable to go back out to his property and make any additional repairs to his existing piping system at no charge. Though we would go back out to property reassess what repair options Mr. [redacted] would have and advise of the repair amounts needed. Mr. [redacted] called back on 5/20/16 at 6:50 pm and cancelled the call.
Though we feel we did nothing improper, other than not noting in writing on our initial visit on 4/27/16 of the additional compromises found in his existing waste piping system. We would like to refund Mr. [redacted] 1/2 of the repair amount on the invoice for the stated kitchen sink stoppage at his property, for the amount of $131.50
We strive for a 5 Star customer experience with every client we serve, we apologize Mr. [redacted] that we did not deliver you that experience to your satisfaction.

In response to Mr. [redacted]'s concerns and response dated 6/17/16. we have sent Mr. [redacted] a refund for the service rendered on the kitchen sink located at XXX8 Almond [redacted] Palos.
We are sorry for Mr. [redacted]'s dissatisfaction. We did advise him of additional repairs needed to rectify the problem on our initial visit, which would have gotten the kitchen sink waste piping corrected and cleared by eliminating broken non code compliant rubber fittings,for which were declined.

I use All American PHA regularly. As always, today's visit by Austin was done well, quickly, and professionally. The employees of All American have been a pleasure to do business with.

On 10-3-15 I contacted All American Plumbing Heating & Air to help me locate whatever the problem was that caused my gas bill to skyrocket. They promptly sent out a technician who introduced himself as Jose A[redacted]. After a brief inspection Jose determined that my hot-water tank was corroded and leaking so badly that it could not keep all the water hot and therefore it was continually running.
Jose was not only very courteous and polite, but he demonstrated the high level of skill and competence I've always come to associate with this business. Jose asked if I wanted to replace the water-heater. After I replied "yes" he immediately drew up an estimate for the job and went to work. There are two things that I wanted to acknowledge regarding my experience with Jose. First of all, it is the little things that I noticd. When Jose was done replacing the water-heater, he not only cleaned up his area, but the surrounding area as well. The water-heater is located in the carport, and I don't believe it's ever been so clean. Secondly, I had to leave for about an hour and nobody else was home. Jose projects a sense of trustworthiness, and I knew I couldn't have left my home in better hands.
I don't believe I've written more than 2 or 3 reviews my whole life, but I felt Jose should be acknowledged, not just for his polite demeanor, but also for demonstrating professsionalism in every aspect of his job. Thanks, Jose.

They were very friendly and professional. Explained everything that needed to be done and answered all my questions. Gave us options on work that needed to be done and information for future, in case we needed more work done later.

Another great job by Austin. The first time he came by, we had a leak in the bathroom sink that another plumber refused to work on because of the difficulty and he couldn't insure his work. Austin did the repair without a hitch.

Today, Austin installed a faucet in the kitchen that was leaking.

Seemed to be a little pricey, but as the adage goes "Price is what you pay, value is what you get."

I would use All American Plumbing again.

Had winter service done, Brett did an great job, spent quality time. Said we also took care of service on this end too...............everything turned out great and I received my credit of $20.00 upon service for donating food this time a year. Thanks All American, GOOD JOB! Mrs. [redacted]
