Mrs*** expressed disappointment as she had already hired and paid a 'handyman' who failed to correctly diagnose or remedy the problem, and even cut a hole in the wall that needed repaired while doing soNow, she was looking at paying a third party/tradesman to address the same issueWhile Mrs***'s frustration is certainly understandable, All American Plumbing, llc performed the service it was contracted to do, which was troubleshoot the water leak at the master shower, and should be paid for services rendered
In her first attempt to forego paying All American Plumbing, llc for services rendered, Mrs*** had her husband, *** *** (attorney) draft a certified letter dated X-XX-XXXX stating that All American Plumbing, llc improperly installed the shower door drip rail, and that she had to pay *** *** *** *** to install it correctlyAll American Plumbing, llc did not remove, install, re-install, or even touch the shower door drip railOn 8-31-15, All American Plumbing, llc contacted *** at the offices of *** *** *** *** and confirmed that the door drip rail was installed backwards during the original shower door installation, and that was the cause of the mold issue
On 9-1-All American Plumbing, llc responded to Mr***'s letter via email explaining the inaccurate claims of Mrs***, and that payment was still dueWithin week, All American Plumbing, llc received payment in the form of check *** for $for services rendered
Now, in an apparent second attempt, Mrs*** has filed a complaint with the Revdex.com making the same claim, that somehow All American Plumbing, llc had something to do with her shower door problem
All American Plumbing, llc provided the troubleshooting services it was contracted for, and will not refund payment
