Review: The company came to the residence due to a leaking filter. Upon review of filter, representative stated he will need to order a new bottom portion of the filter. When representative came back to the residence to repair the unit was not replaced only sanded and painted to show as if it was replaced. I spoke to the owner of the company in which was very defensive and unhelpful. She would not listen to the situation and hung up the phone. because of this unethical business practice we have wasted water though this leaking filter and time to get another contractor out to replace the filter. This repair has been deemed fraud though the eyes of the home owner. rDesired Settlement: A check in the amount of $60 for the service charge, water wasted used, and time.
