schedule posters or t-shirts that are distributed into the school’s community. Each school that we represent signs a contract and receives a rebate percentage from all of the gross collected receipts for their project or free t-shirts.
Our goal at All-American is to have all of our customers satisfied with the service we have provided. We deal with thousands of customers each year and very rarely are unable to follow through on the promises we make. We do apologize for the miscommunication regarding the approval process for your orderIn the event that an improper authorization occurs, we provide several opportunities to easily and quickly cancel the ad to avoid situations like thisOur records show that proofs of your ad were emailed to you on December 15, 2014, and statements and invoices containing our cancellation policy were mailed to *** *** in early We attempted to contact *** to clarify any questions regarding this order, but were only directed to company voicemailsWe apologize for misunderstanding the internal approval process of *** *** and for processing through an ad without seeking the proper internal channels of your company
To rectify the situation, we have contacted our collections agency to inform them to cease calling *** *** and to reverse any negative effects this situation has caused on his behalfThe credit of *** *** should not be affected by this situation and we have placed *** *** on a Do Not Call list. Each school that we represent signs a contract and receives a rebate percentage from all of the gross collected receipts for their project or free t-shirts.  Our goal at All-American is to have all of our customers satisfied with the service we have provided. We apologize for the breakdown in communication regarding the booking process for an advertising spot on the Freedom High School poster project. Our records indicate our Sales Representative – Audrie – spoke with [redacted] on June 24, 2016. The purchase of the ad was verified (request of graduation year) by Melissa on the same date. The request of a graduation year is what All-American Publishing uses to confirm the booking of an ad with new customers. Our records also indicate that a copy of the ad was sent on July 1, 2016. Our ad copies explain that our customers can contact us with any changes and/or adjustments needed to be made on their advertisements. Several attempts to [redacted] were made in regards to the booking of the ad and the outstanding invoice in the amount of $374.  To redeem the situation, I can confirm that our outside collections agency will no longer contact you. We have also placed Phone Clinic on our companies Do Not Call list. You will not receive calls anymore from our collections department or sales department.
