[redacted] was unwilling to work with us from day 3 they refused the readjust and basically laughed in my face by hiring a different comapany to comete the repairs in less then 3 months over zealous and as far as money back to this...

We did not want to readjust our claim because the claims all American remodeling wanted us to make were false! They wanted to claim inside water damage when there was none. We were not ok with that. All American Remodeling did no work to our roof and we want a full refund of 2496.00. We did not feel comfortable with having them do any more work on the house after mistrust when he wrote us a bad check.

the would call at 7:00am and 10:30 at night I screen shot my call log just in case needed for court..what they failed to miss is they did not cancel in 72 hours by Missouri law and in our contract agreement there fore the cancellation is 15 %of there full rcv and after the siding was approved it sent there claim past there original deposit.this couple has worn tired on me and my family of 7.yes I have five kids to the inappropriate homeowners who call after business hours unfortunately nothing I say here will please these people cause some cannot be pleased I will be happy to report the court visit my
