My wife found this company on Facebook Market place we were looking for a person to help install new luxury vinyl floors . originally the job was to rip out carpet in 2 living areas and dining room area and install the new floors but after seeing that the floors looked nice we wanted to just go ahead order more floors that we provided and they just needed to install so they upped there price and it went from $800 to $1500 to install the whole entire downstairs. well we agreed they kept measuring the floors wrong we ordered 36 boxes that was to cover a little more then 800 sq then we had to order more to finish it so then we order 11 more boxes these floors are special order so while we waited for the 11 boxes to come in we told them since you said you can paint can you paint downstairs they was like yes for $500 and to do upstairs hallway paint another $150 so $650 to paint everything and $1500 to install all floors downstairs they paint the living/ kitchen area they missed a bunch of spot her husband said he did two coats on one wall the wife said they did 2 coats on the whole thing that was a lie it was so bad we told them to forget painting and that since it was taking them forever to finish the floors that we would paint ourselves and that they needed to finish floors. I got tired of there excuses they said they would do one thing and then they never did it the started on Feb 5 and till this day my floors still aren't done we called them out the last time they came that they kept missing work for personal matters that wasn't our problem we hired you for a job you said you can do and it hasn't been done its been excuses and I'm over it please finish my floors so that you can leave , we checked there business and it has been inactive since 2018 according to sunbiz so these people got paid the majority of the money they refused to come finish the floors bc they said my wife was rude but either way they needed to complete it and then we find out we had to order 2 more boxes bc it still wasn't..
Other (requires explanation) want to take them to civil court because they lied about being licensed and insured, they didn't complete the job, we had them paint our house they got paint on our floors, counters and they missed a bunch of spots that we decided that they did so bad that we would just paint it ourselves and now we are noticing that the floors are separating so they didn't even install them right so they have no clue on how to do any of the jobs they are false advertising saying they can do a lot of things
Morning well Jenny contacted us on Facebook a couple times and just reset okay we'd meet with her and what she needed done she then can't we canceled and then she called us back seeing her guy didn't show up so she would need us to come in he said okay will try to fit you in so then we go to her house and we supposed to be just be two floors to lay they pulled up the carpet everything like that you said okay will be there however when we talk to them I told him about appointments he had like doctors appointments we had something with a granddaughter and he had surgery so it was but just supposed to be a couple days it would have been a couple days but they added on to the job new they wanted the whole house done they took the measurements in already bought all the flooring so when we laid all the flooring then they wanted more done they wanted my husband to put some quarter round in the cabinets which he did a lot of things so one time we didn't go back because we ran out of flooring so we said we'd wait till it comes in was she didn't like that so she kept complaining and calling and in my ear like you guys are not what you say you are but it took longer because of the flooring the wasn't in. The job that they kept extended so then so we ended up coming they wanted they asked us to paint what we told her to get what king of paint to get for one coat I gave her a price and she didn't get the paint she got the cheapest paint so we told her told you there was a couple spots they just said it's just a couple spots I said when we come back we will touch it up but we want to come back until the floor came in so I called them to the floor coming know so we said we'll just come back when the floor comes in and do what we have to do they didn't like that it wasn't a lot to be done so I'm February 14th we went back and we finish what we had to even know the floor wasn't in still there now we're waiting for him and I'm doing this in between jobs because now we've been waiting for him over a week so the floor didn't come in yet so we finished everything we had to *** and I signed off on the off on the job of everything they did not pay me any more or any less they paid me for what I did he signed it gave me the money I told him to call us when the floor comes in while the floor came in I don't know the following week I said I'm kind of busy I'll try to get there on Wednesday called them up before he and said it looks like I can't make it cuz I'm in a job out of town you know the next town over and he said okay I said we'll go Friday a but we can't go till late that afternoon will finish your job and just go you because it wasn't much to do so he said all right that sounds perfect all the sudden Friday morning she called up and she writes on my Facebook that morning called and complaining rude comments and just being abnoshish and told *** when we would come. So after all the absurd behavior from his wife husband told be to tell them to find someone else. Everything was good he look over everything before left sign invoice gave us money for what was complete no more no less

What we are disputing here is that they had a job to do and just like we kept adding things to the job they add there price too it as well and they said that they could do it and while we waited on the floors thats when we asked them if they could paint they said yes and for the record this lady said it was cheap paint cheap paint is the flat paint that was on the wall when we started this was middle range paint regardless of the paint quality bc it had flat paint on the walls to begin with you should know being a professional painter that you would need two coats we finished painting the whole house in 2 days because at the rate they where taking to finish these floors with all these random appointments and family issues this lady had it would've been months till this whole job to be completed also we measured floors the first time then they came and re measured all the floors he would say a number his wife was to busy talking about other things and would write it wrong the reason the job took so long was bc they had us order 36 boxes first then they measured told us that we only needed 11 boxes then coming to find out that it still wasn't enough they knew they did the job wrong they kept wasting floors cutting and never got it done so when I called the lady out about the time that her granddaughter had an emergency she walked in that day and said I don't feel good I have a headache that she didn't want to come but that her husband made her and they quickly laid the floors down and 15 min into the job they leave bc of the emergency for granddaughter she is a teenager and thats the mothers responsibility and theres two people working since she didn't want to be there she could've left and had her husband finish the job not both leave and drag this job longer, then when they came back I told them listen when you started you said it would take 2 wks to do this job then with his dr appointment for surgery ok fine but now you come talking about your life problems instead of doing the job your getting paid to do also my floors are currently separating spacing out in different areas that he did floors so more problems with this job that need to be fix the last day they showed up I told her in a calm voice listen your husband had appointment no problem but your granddaughter issues and dropping kids off when you said what time you was coming then switches to we cant make it is not my problem then she was talking about the contractors that are doing my pool Criticizing there work bc they where working in the rain I told her listen shouldn't you be helping your husband in the garage so you can get these floors done quickly so she said I was rude for that really they showed up late and would talk forever about there accident they had, planning kids wedding and how her daughter does different things no body cares about you and your personal life I'm paying you to do a job you said you can do and was available to do and then because you ask for more money and I tell you no your normal professional Contractors know that you pay a deposit half and then pay the other half when the job is complete and she kept asking for money as they finish one task at a time then wouldnt show up so when I told her that I looked them up and that they aren't licensed and insuranced she got defensive went outside told her husband that we didnt want to pay them and a bunch of other *** the thing is you got $500 on day one bc thats what you asked for we paid you $200 for the *** paint job you did which we have pictures of paint spots missing and paint on cabinets and new fridge and new floors she can not post pictures of the job she did at our house bc she asked my husband after this dispute if we can take pic for there business profile and we said no bc they didn't even do a good job to be referred not to mention she told me over and over again im licensed and insured and have reference and never did. So she told my husband on last day since we waiting for floors where going to finish a job and we should be done by Wednesday Wednesday came no response then she tells my husband that they didnt finish they would come on Friday we told them we was going out that day so she said ok monday so we didnt hear from them so then I messager her on fb and say so Wednesday came and left Thursday Friday and you still aren't here my floors came in that Monday so they where already there and she delaying and delaying so I told her its rude and unprofessional on your part to say you would come to finish the job and the dates keep changing she replied like she replied to my message Incoherent and misspelled words like this dispute she just typed saying that she had another job that they didnt finish that she was sorry and would come later she texted my husband saying that I was rude and that she wasnt coming back to find someone else totally unprofessional u started the job and didn't complete it bc of your lies and personal drama we had to hire another floor guy to finish it and he said this guy *** did it wrong that he should've started by the stairs and worked his way out that he left this poor guy the hardest part to finish the job that the reason they didn't finish is bc those cuts in the corner and the pantry where a lot and he kept messing it up so yes I feel like I got ripped off with this tacky *** half *** job these guys did and I will like for the business to shut down for lack of business liability insurance and licensing and also for not completing the job on the date they said they would be done they also mentioned when they came back from hospital with granddaughter that they put the base boards up and they didn't they did it on Friday the day I called her out about all these appointments she would leave for so ya Extremely *** that I hired these Incompetent people to work on my brand new house. I would order food and eat upstairs and only come downstairs to check progress and get a drink bc if I stayed down stairs this lady would talk your ear off and not work also I would see her talking on the phone while her husband was working in garage my complete issue her is the wife had no business being there I felt like she was distracting her husband and not finishing the job and the fact that I had to stay home every day to keep an eye on these contractors was ridiculous especially when they wouldnt even show up some days they came at 8 some day 9 am one day at 10 then that day they left for granddaughter.

And these are the two coats they said they did like I said after looking at all those missed spots we decided to paint ourselves 2 whole days and we used exactly 2 coats and it covered the whole house with 2 coats and we re painted the walls they did , we also had to pay someone else to finish the floors bc they quit the job but kept stringing my husband along say that they would come and then later say to find someone else and according to Hillsborough County sheriff's in order to do be a contractors for jobs as painting, doing decks, remodeling bathrooms, knocking walls does all require that are licensed and insured and they don't have it since 2018 so they shouldn't be advertising and working at peoples houses bc that is fraud and they just did a huge sting operation on people like this!! I want All money back the paint wasn't to par with what they said they did, and some of the floors bc they wasted a lot of floors on cuts, we had to drive 3x for there miss measurements to Home Depot to place and pick up the order , they didn't complete the job , had to pay someone to finish and now having issues with a lot of areas he did the floor is separating and lifting up and they broke more then 2 base boards they said they broke and repaired so horrible you can see where they glued it just horrible. Theres pics of bathroom they said they remodeled practicing without license and insurance and if they where so swamped with work like they said they should've done the two areas we originally agreed to or not done it at all not start a job and then quit and guess what it was hard to find someone to finish the job bc a lot of people don't like correcting other people *** work. I even specifically told this lady at the very beginning I have a newborn and I don't want to be in renovations for too long she was like 2 wks ok then bc of appointment it was later and later completion time and its just been one thing after another with these people and im over it these floors like I said are starting to separate and curl up when it's supposed to be lined up smooth they also didnt put the metal plate they made us buy for the sliding glass door floor and then they had told my husband that they didnt have paint stuff if we had some im like how do you paint and not have the stuff then lady was like yea we have brushes and the tarp for floors so we bought paint and rollers bc they didnt have that . It was always another run to the store for more supplies.
