May 2016, I spent the month in B-ham going thru Chemo and radiation treatmentI would come home on Friday evening and return to B-ham early Monday morningOnce I got bill for that month, they reported I used gals of waterThe same type billing continued more monthsI'm the only person at my address and it's one bedroom, no washer and I don't eat at homeThis is simply outrageous and I want my money backI live at Arbor Park Apartments off Airport Road

Mississippi Iron Works was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous when the Sales Rep came out to our home He explained in detail the process the door is custom manufactured to fit our front door, and had a sample of the door for is to viewWe chose the style and color stain of the front door that would look best on our homeHe made a couple suggestions to modify the door for the best look, and we were extremely satisfiedOur door was installed approximately weeks from time of saleWe have received so many positive remarks stating the front ***...beautiful song and you sang it from your heart...Man, that brought back so many memories of you, [redacted] , [redacted] and me singing every Friday night in our home with many of the singles dropping by to visit and pass a good timeenhances the look of our front entranceWe highly recommend using Mississippi Iron Works for your custom designed doors

Huntsville Utilities cut down a tree at the back of our property at Polk Drive and was supposed to grind the stump but they haven't Huntsville Utilities cut down a tree under power lines at the back of our property at [redacted] Huntsville, Al quite some time ago and they were supposed to come back and grind the stump but they haven'tI have had to keep this area mowed and weed eated and I have been having to mow and weed eat around this stump instead of being able to easily mow the whole area if the stump was already removed like it should have been a long time agoMaybe I messed up by not making Huntsville Utilities do it right away but that's no excuse for them to not come back out and do it, it only shows lack of responsibility on their partWe have paid our utility bills on time every month that we have owned this house and we have paid our property taxes

Knew that I only wanted a stair rail but felt to much fast talking, needs to be slower in explanations of process of product, delivery time (mentally double the number of weeks) and cost plus financing When told of date of delivery and time scheduled, I asked for an earlier time of day and Ms [redacted] worked her magic and arranged for an earlier time Financing startd at time of door installation but I felt the door was not complete because the type of glass ordered was not ready, thereforth not complete and required another schedule and installer All installers worked hard, polite and neatOur requested change in a door lock was met quickly and efficiently

Response to Complaint ID # [redacted] Customer called and said they would send pictures of the doors that needed to be re-done We didn't get any pictures for several days When pictures were sent, there was no name as to who was sending them After two days of trying to figure out who the pictures belonged to, the customer had already filed a complaint The customer was called on May 9, and May 12, 2014, and told we will come out on May 14, 2014, pick up the doors, bring them to shop to be blasted, primed, re-painted and powder-coated We will then return and install the doors The customer seemed pleased and satisfied with this result [redacted] , Owner MS Ironworks, Inc

Charged for $Trip fee regarding late bill multiple times, Have only received notice twiceAlso have never witnessed anyone reading meter I have received multiple trip fees regarding late payments, I have been paying these due to the fact that I was late on my billToday while discussing why my bill had been so high the customer service reptells me that I have received another Trip fee when NO ONE came to my house yesterday, I also did not receive any noticeSo they can just say they came out there and charge me for itI have been charged at least five times and have only received a notice twiceMy bill is always different when no adjustments are made to the heating unit or my work schedule, I have never seen anyone from there to read my meterOnce I start to bring all this to the attention of the service repshe began to be hateful and have an attitude, she would no longer let me finish a sentence and kept trying to over talk me when I questioned the processI have no

Their website and automated service does not workI cannot get reach a live personI am being charged add'l fees and my service being cut off I have been trying to make a payment both online and over the phone since WednesdayI kept getting loading errors on the website and it wouldn't let me process a bank transaction or credit/debit payment When I called I was not able to get a hold of a live person and the automated system kept looping me around saying I didn't have an account I was finally able to get the website to work only through western union after multiple attemptsWhen I logged in the account said it was scheduled to be discountedI made a payment for the previous billing amount I need to insure that my services are not going to be cut off due to an error on your companies partI have had an issue with my account not being found or recognized multiple times since I have movedEvery time I go to log in I have to reset my password because it says it cannot

I requested a close account due to a re-location of my businessThe account was not closed and I was billed for two months at a location I was not at On March 27, I went to the Huntsville Utilities commercial office to request a transfer of my business account and services for the account XXXXXXXXXXXX at [redacted] Madison, Alabama XXXXX, which I had established more than years priorI was told by Huntsville Utilities employee, [redacted] ***, that I would have to establish a new account because I needed service at two locations for an overlap month in AprilI paid a new deposit of dollars and filled out the paper work for my new location at [redacted] Street, [redacted] , Al XXXXX with new account XXXXXXXXXXXXI was told the old account would be disconnected on my request date of April 30, and my initial deposit for that account would be returned when the balance was zeroIn May I was billed for this accountI thought it was for the last month service a

On military orders out of town for monthGot back and power was cut offWhy do I have to pay a reconnect fee? Was sent out of town on military orders last minuteI had no one to receive mail or take care of anythingI am being charged a reconnect fee for something I literally have no control overIt shows me how your company views the military and supports itI received my notice of disconnect on 8/30/

We have thoroughly reviewed the above referenced complaint and feel that we owe you our deepest apologies for any inconvenience that this misunderstanding has causedAt MS Ironworks we are very serious about our customer satisfaction and we work hard to get to the bottom of any customer
complaints. After analyzing the issue and conducting several internal reviews we have found that the issue originated from a misunderstanding between the customer and sales staff as to the placement of the glass. The missed opportunity to give you an enjoyable experience with MS Ironworks is something that we could never abide byBecause we value your relationship with MS Ironworks, we will add the glass to the outside of the door at no extra charge.

The new doors at our church are beautiful! When I called the company they answered all of my questions .They sent us several different options and stayed in touch with us throughout the whole processWe are very pleased with our doors and the professional way the workers installed themI was impressed by the way they cleaned up the mess that was made removing the old doors and installing the new ones

Everything is resolvedI am waiting for his materials to arrive within 5-daysThis was a special circumstance as we had to locate the materials and order them from out of stateI have since spoken to him and he is aware of the situation

Two other companies looked at my roof which is about 12 years old and tried to sell me a new one. I called All America Roofing and within 15 minutes the owner came to look at it. He informed me that my roof was fine,, and nothing needed to be done. It was refreshing to deal with such a honest man.

Furthermore, you waited two full weeks before responding to their request. You advertise on TV that MS Iron Works is a business that values customers. Yet, after having spent approximately $6000.00, the job your company started was never completed. Given that amount of money, I would have expected you, the owner to personally respond to my pleas and dissatisfaction.It is obvious to me now, more than ever, that you, the owner of MS Iron Works do not care about your customers and their satisfaction or thequality of work your company produces. Very happy with my doors. Older doors did not make me feel safe, but getting these I do feel safer.

Customer called and said they would send pictures of the doors that needed to be re-done.  We didn't get any pictures for several days.  When pictures were sent, there was no name as to who was sending them.  After two days...

of trying to figure out who the pictures belonged to, the customer had already filed a complaint.
The customer was called on May 9, 2014 and May 12, 2014, and told we will come out on May 14, 2014, pick up the doors, bring them to shop to be blasted, primed, re-painted and powder-coated.  We will then return and install the doors . 
The customer seemed pleased and satisfied with this result.

Mississippi Ironworks installed new windows and doors for us. We are very pleased with their work. They custombuilt these items, and it only took them a matter of a few days to install them. Our house looks so much better and our neighbors have said how much they like them. In addition, our house is also much safer now.
