This company is a total rip off. Run, don't walk, away from them. We had them come out to look at a chimney for a house we just bought. They decided that a new insert was required and some other repairs. Over $4,000 later the chimney will not draft. Now it appears that they modified the chimney and it will cost us over $10,000 to fix it.
They do not answer the telephone. They do not answer email. Our only recourse is to file suit.
