WE went from the best landscape company to this! Mr *** and my crew stood on his patio and he told us he had the best looking yard Mr *** asked me if we could re do his front yard for $ My bid came in at about $ He found someone cheaper and had them do it
The job was poorly done and now he is blaming me because of the bad work AAS&LI signed a contract with *** *** on September 14, He had attempted to landscape his own back yard and did a terrible jobWE went into his back yard with a skidster(bobcat) and had to regrade There was a low spot in the middle back of his yard and we graded it out Mt *** sits lower than his neighbors behind him and if those neighbors water excessively, he gets there run offThe city of Aurora designs the drainage plans and all water is diverted to the property lines His property doesn't drain well because he is 6' to 10' lower tan the back neighborsWe had a lot of rain this spring, and when we replaced some plants which died from too much water, I told Mr *** that he may need to put in a french (elgin) drain if the problems continue I estimated a $to correct this problem Mr *** called me and wanted me to install a drain for free! There is no where on the bid sheet or the contract that a french drain would be installed He may need to go to the city of Aurora and see if they will check the drainage plan I offered to put in a drain for a $1000, but I can not do it for free

knocked.We set up an appt with [redacted] to meet us there but she canceled 30 minutes out.  We were heading to property when she called and canceled.[redacted] explained to me that her mom lives by herself and she does not hear the phone ring and she doesn’t hear someone knocking on the door.[redacted] and I eventually made phone contact.  She meet me at the property.  I got the sprinklers turned on and repaired several heads.I never saw her mother. I can not believe a complaint was filed.  We returned calls, we even went to property.  No response.  If her mom can’t hear the phone or someone knocking on their door; a different method should be implemented on how to deal with mother’s hearing loss.[redacted] did not offer to cover our service call either!!We just got in there and got it done quickly once we got in touch with someone.Thank you[redacted]  [redacted]
