March 22, 2016To whom it may concern,I apologize for the delay as my Vice President of our company had an emergency leave and was brought upon to finish this for himMy name is Chaucer P [redacted] and I am currently the Technical Support Manager for All AmericanI have been with this company for years to dateI read the Complaint letter regarding the ID #: [redacted] sent by [redacted] .I have added the purchase orders and tech support tickets along with this letter to show we have been effectively supporting this customer of ours that we valueThe customer's statement of problem doesn't make sense as our production equipment need to be maintained and ran properly.Included in the tech support tickets, were [redacted] and ***'s complaint regarding a broken part that was done by the customer and we wanted to swap his current printer for a new one at that time which was placed around 2014, mid-yearHe rejected the new machine swap and wanted a part overnighted instead.After reviewing the tickets and invoices, it seems as it's more of an operator's negligence or error that is causing them to have griefI can also send references with customers who are successful with our equipment that can testify the importance of using our equipmentJust to give you a couple examples of our equipment is the inks [redacted] purchased the equipment to print on to garment with a digital [redacted] printerWe are using very thick, pigment based inks that can clog the printing system if the maintenance isn't done correctly or the inks are not circulated in the ink linesIt is the same as owning a car and not performing the service maintenance accordingly will result in the quick wear and tear on parts of the car.We have done our best to support them and will continue to support them as they are important to our businessI hope this letter along with the tickets and invoices that we covered on the warranty and as a kind gesture is enough to solve this issue you have been brought attention toIf you have anymore questions, please feel free to contact me with the information provided below.Thank you very much,Chaucer P.Technical Support Manager Company
