Review: I order a product on August. 22, 2013 (Sea Witch Collogen Gel) I have not received the product. Callled Sept. 22,,2013 and left message inquiring as to when it would be delivered as of today Sept. 29, 2013 I have received no responses. Would like you to contact the All American Technology, Rita McQueen. This is my second complaint with Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: Would like product delivered.

Per our conversation the other day. I replying this complaint.
[redacted] ordered one Collagen Gel 8/22/2013. We were out of stock and replied with an e-mail 9/20 stating this and offered when we received the item to include an extra one N/C or include another item. I also talked to [redacted] on 10/10 and explained that we were still out of stock and explained that we would refund her money or if she wanted to wait we would send two of the Collagen Gel. [redacted] wanted to wait. We received the Collagen Gel today and will be calling [redacted] to let her know the items are shipping via USPS 10/31/2013.
Please put this in our file. Thank you for giving me an extension.
