Poor customer service with a very bad attitude Poor quality products and they do not have the best deals in town Be very careful if you go to this business

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. We were not given any charges of fees upfront, that is a lie, we did not discuss or agree to any storage, check out fees or diagnostic fees.  Your response does not make sense, why would we discuss a 'check out' fee if you were going to get the business and do the work?  Also, what you are stating about [redacted] is not what [redacted] told us, he said they wanted him to fax a quote so they could 'buy us a new motor'.  As the owner, I thought you would want to know how we were treated.  Your response, if it's what [redacted] told you, is not the truth.  I understand there was some work done, but it was more than obvious the engine was blown, any experienced mechanic could tell that without too much further inspection on the vehicle.  We were hustled by a foul mouthed, unprofessional employee of yours and if that's how you operate your business, it's speaks to the character of your operation.  I wanted to address this through Revdex.com to give you an opportunity to reimburse us before sharing my experience online.  Regards,[redacted]

At that time we showed the customer all the broken pieces of metal which we still have in a box and the oil filter wasn't tight. At that time they said they just had the truck serviced at [redacted] in [redacted]. But because it was on a Saturday afternoon I couldn't do anything as far as prices or contact the [redacted] until Monday. I was asked by them to keep the truck inside the shop all weekend due to belongings in he rear of the bed and I agreed... Monday morning we called the [redacted] in [redacted] and spoke to the manager on this situation explaining the oil filter problem and the seals leaking. The said they will send out an adjuster for this matter and will take care of this matter however needed. We at the time called the customer to let them know the situation. But by that time we had a tow truck show up and wanting to take the truck. But from the start we had check out fees owed that was agreed from the start. The customers said that they had to get home and they were giving the truck to her brother to handle. I explained that [redacted] was going to help with this repair if needed after agent concluded his report. They said they had no tie for that. The tries were marked with chalk because we removed the tires from truck for room to look in at engine and so they didn't get mixed up we mark them for position.  I feel that all the work that we put into this customers truck and all the help we did for them was in great standings and very professional. On March 15, 2014, my son [redacted] was traveling on HY 40 in Arizona. He develop problems with my Dodge Durango 1999. The transmission was just replace with an old transmission in Modesto California. That's another story, which I'm in the process dealing with them. The Durango was tow to All American Tire at Kingman. The mechanic quote the labor for $2,170.60. and he described the problems with the transmission. They purchase a remanufacture transmission, which has all new parts. and a new torque converter with full filter kit, for $7,106.35. A remanufacture transmission the most it coast $1,400.00 and why didn't they flush the torquer converter, instated of buying a new one? To flush it it would only coast around $300.00. Why would they charge me for a transmission flush, when the the transmission has been re-built with new parts. all the coast of $12,770.12 accomplish on my car, I could have bay a new car. They took me to the cleaners.
