This issue is "resolved", which is the only thing keeping me from filing an official complaintAlso, the company was dispatched as a part of my insurance company's roadside assistance program, so I was never out any moneyEven so, working with them was a horrible ordeal and I recommend NEVER hiring them to tow your vehicle Long story short, they were dispatched to tow my vehicle from my house to the service center in Colorado Springs where I have my cars servicedThey picked up the car, but despite having the correct address for the service center, and despite having a verbal description from me about where the service center is and where their key drop is (in case the mechanics weren't there), they dropped my car in the wrong placeAnd not just any wrong place...at an apartment complex more than a mile awayThey didn't call me, or even question that they were at an apartment complex, despite talking to me less than an hour earlier and receiving an explicit description about where to drop it Furthermore, over the course of three days, they proved unable to pick my car back up and deliver it to the correct location, despite several calls back and forthIn the end, they stopped taking my calls and did not return my messages, leaving my car in the wrong location I finally made other arrangements, and I'm now proceeding to share my store on every forum I canI'm even calling the roadside assistance company to file a complaint Bottom line, they made an epically bad mistake (this is their BUSINESS and they got it wrong), then failed to rectify that mistake, failed to return multiple messages, and ultimately provided horrible service
This company stole my vehicle for over one hour. After I called the police they then brought my vehicle back and said sorry we had the wrong vehicle. Do not use this company. The police did not even do anything to the driver. After contacting the company the owner just said sorry and he would give me a free tow. This is a shady company, where do they get off taking someone's vehicle without notice. Just if anyone is wondering I own my vehicle outright and it can not be repoed. I hate this company and everyone should be aware of them. I think they are stealing vehicles and putting lean hold on them, and when no one shows up to claim their vehicle they take it to the auction. BE CAREFUL DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING...
This issue is "resolved", which is the only thing keeping me from filing an official complaint. Also, the company was dispatched as a part of my insurance company's roadside assistance program, so I was never out any money. Long story short, they were dispatched to tow my vehicle from my house to the service center in Colorado Springs where I have my cars serviced. They picked up the car, but despite having the correct address for the service center, and despite having a verbal description from me about where the service center is and where their key drop is (in case the mechanics weren't there), they dropped my car in the wrong place. And not just any wrong place...at an apartment complex more than a mile away. They didn't call me, or even question that they were at an apartment complex, despite talking to me less than an hour earlier and receiving an explicit description about where to drop it.
Furthermore, over the course of three days, they proved unable to pick my car back up and deliver it to the correct location, despite several calls back and forth. In the end, they stopped taking my calls and did not return my messages, leaving my car in the wrong location.
I finally made other arrangements, and I'm now proceeding to share my store on every forum I can. I'm even calling the roadside assistance company to file a complaint.
Bottom line, they made an epically bad mistake (this is their BUSINESS and they got it wrong), then failed to rectify that mistake, failed to return multiple messages, and ultimately provided horrible service.
